Light novel series written by Sagu Aoyama, same author from Ro-kyu-bu! series and also illustrated by Tinker Bell.

The LN series has 5 volumes released and it also has an on going manga adaptation with one vol. released so far.

The series is based on a HS student who feels empty with his life when he can advance with his music band dream. One day he meets a prodigy guitarist called Jun Goto, finding new inspiration he moves to forma a band with Jun and her friends.

I can see a distinct resemblance to the plot of a series in which a basketball player who is unable to play helps a team of girls.

Does it count as plagiarism if you rehash your own work with only minor changes?

3P is a reference to a type of Guitar, the one Jun plays.

Also the definition of Lolita is an under-aged girl, even if it is a 16 year old who is well endowed.
It originated as the name of a novel (and character of said novel) by a Russian named Vladimir Nabokov (If I remember the spelling correctly)
It's just that the anime/manga community has re-purposed the word for any girl who looks like a child regardless of age.

Not all, it has its serious share of club workings with music and actually tells a lot about cord instruments enough to make me feel lost.

3P could also be because of the 3 main girls from the band.

I knew this would happen since Ro-Kyu-Bu got two seasons of anime. I think the reason both series got readers in the first place was partly thanks to the illustrations being done by Tinkle who is a famous moe illustrator.

The words loli and pop are always in every volume's tagline. Sometimes it's also symphony or comedy in the tagline.
