Heres what I got using your tutorial

Good sigs as usual, they all just have the common bad thing of being over saturated / contrasted, so you might want to tone that down a bit...other than that they are great!

I wish to request another signature from you Patchy, if you don't mind ? The reason I'm asking you and not in the Signature thread is well .. I shouldn't probably be saying this, but the thread is full of some amateurs now and I doubt that I would get quality signature from there.

Your style is really awesome anyway :P

No requirements this time except that if possible, can I have border like the one on your current one ? I don't like the black ones too much. .. Put some fitting text if you can come up with any. I hope you do, since it's original art so there is no name to put. Although maybe something like '' Moe Pirate '' ( original image name ) would work

Not sure if you do avatars but if you do, can I have one that goes with the signature ? Last time I had to crop it from the signature myself.

No hurries with this one, I will still be using the Nanoha one for a while.

Oh thanks, sure no problem for me, yeah there are lots of designers in the request thread nowadays, I think they will improved in no time since they're doing lots of requests

But yeah, Monday is fine. Like I said, I will be using the Nanoha one for a while still. I'd rather not change signature every two weeks ( or less ), like some seem to be.

And I dunno about the improvement thing.. There are some people that don't seem to learn that you just don't take image, resize to sig and put border and done ( pic will be squished -.- ). Additionally, I am pretty picky when it comes to signatures, and if all I wanted to be done was crop, add simple text and border.. I could do that myself ._.

Well as long as I keep finding good images that will fit with your style, maybe I will just request from you if you don't mind

Had a hard time blending the render in...I realize she's overly sharp. Couldn't seem to fix it with smoothing or blur/gaussian, w/e. Tips?

Haven't been online much...and I missed your updates. Loved them!! I guess you have been trying out that new style from Haruhi's sig you made! And you have been using new borders too.
My favorite are Ferris, Nanoha and Kagura ones. I still don't understand how you can blend and focus your render SO well <3 Btw, I can't find any C4Ds in your sig now...

The only way I knew how to blend a sig was using an eraser after using gaussian blur and blended it in lighten option. You can also try to blend it using the Layer>New Adjustement layer>Gradient map, choose 2 different colors with a pale/whitish color,(sample light green + light blue for cooler eye temp, or light red + light orange for warmer colors), experiment using that specific option and you can blend it well I think. Another part that seems lacking in that tutorial was the lighting I been using, but I think you knew that much when it comes to that part right, since I think you're already good in making some sigs, try to combine it with the styles you made, since that tutorial really lacks some important part (since just was a quick tut on how to make a brush glow). Sorry if I couldnt help you that much.

Thanks, oh yeah been trying to combine the old styles from some new style, and lighting technique that I've been using for this past days (burn tool and dodge tool really helped me a lot). I also don't know why they're blended well after experimenting, maybe I think bec of the adjustment layer (try to use that either) 4 gradient layers + 1 curve layer then blending it a bit.
