That is where I am confused. I usually associate each attribute in that scorecard as a stand-alone ESP Skill, which means an ESPer would only have one of them, not all even with varying grades.

Here it seems to suggest that these "Skills" are not Skills but attributes every ESPer has on top of his/her unique Skill. Which is why it got me wondering what an ESPer with A Telepathy can do.

Needs Misaka scorecard to compare before I can make a proper conclusion.

Think of them as attributes with incredibly misleading names. If you change "Clairvoyance" to "Reaction time" or "Telepathy" to "Math" or something similar it should make more sense to you.

Saten is just level 0. She's not a level 1 yet. Maybe if she start having a real ability then her test will be different just like in tokiwadai. Having different test site for different skills.

You know I'm not a fan of the random guy in ep 14 (I think he actually was a villain before?). Even so I think those fanfics are exaggerating it a bit...

Fanfics always are exaggerating, just at the pics about Accelerator(portrayed as a lolicon) and Last Order or the ones of Mikoto with Kuroko or Touma.

But the fan made sure is fast. I just see that fatsso yesterday( I just watch it yesterday ) and now every otaku fat (like me) can rejoice.

Is this hate from the same kind?

I would like to see those disturbing fanart of saten. I just like her more than any of the railgun characters........ I will track down that isp address.

Fan made really does are made from manga materials its just that I just watch it yesterday then boom. That guy has a fanart for himself with a confession on satensan.

Some nice development for Saten in the latest though too bad she still couldn't break out of level 0. Hopefully everything that went down will be used as a building block for gaining that ability.

meh i hope we see some more of saten in the future and maybe she might gain a proper abillity what really bothers me is that in a city full of espers level 0 should have at least the will to gain actual combat skills in case they encouter an esper

I don't think there's much combat skills that's relevant to oh lets say, someone shooting fireballs at you...
