Just watched the latest episode.

Wait, did they show Lunamaria's panties on the original (TV/DVD)?

No, Lunamaria's skirt fully covered her panties in the original.

I really don't see a problem with the Fan service, but would you 100% know your ass is hanging out like that? I mean i don't wear skirts, but i'd think you'd feel a breeze.

Spoiler for picture:

Those Dom pilots need to go die in a fire. always hated them from the second they were shown

There is probably no breeze indoor. At that point, it's just a matter of how self-conscious you are.

Yeah. Although a few MS's had marking even in the original and even in the original Seed. It's rare though, and pretty much only shown in still shots.

At this point, the inconsistency in mobile suits having some kind of markings somewhat irks me more than the actual markings being there. It's like, are those mobile suits with markings special somehow? They should've made the markings a standard or not have them at all. Oh well.

Who thinks Strike Freedom vs Destiny (first time) is the best (or true fight) in the series and between 2 of the top 3 pilots in the series?

you mean the one in Orb when Kira "saves" Cagalli? cause that fight, well pretty much every fight after that, felt BS to me. For me my favorite fights in the series was when Shinn still had the Impulse, fighting the extendeds were always fun fights to watch.

Your confusing "Fight" with "Battles". Im talking about ace pilot vs ace pilot.

Oh thats what you mean woops, still that was a pretty bs fight between Shinn and Kira. i just don't get how Kira can be that much better than Shinn in terms of skill, yeah Kira is better but a "curb stomp sound defeat" better, i just can't see it.

Where did I imply that Kira was on another planet in terms of Skills compared to Shinn? It's just that Kira never went full out against Shinn while Shinn has against a half-assed Kira.

you didn't imply at all its what I think. it just annoys me that Shinn gets curbed stomped every time he's up against anyone with the AA/TSA but totally dominates anything or anyone else.

Athrun is the only one that curb stomps him. Against Athrun he becomes mentally unstable and losses his cool.

Shinn's performance against Strike Freedom wasn't exactly impressive either. Every fight had a moment where Kira essentially owned Shinn, while Shinn himself failed to do anything besides fire ineffectually at him. The only time he almost got him was entirely due to Rey setting him up for it.

I preferred the last fight in space (repeat frames aside), it had more shit going on so it was "cooler" for me to watch, and it had a conclusive end (though it was a horrible curbstomp.......)

As a gundam fan who PRIMARILY watches the show for mech fighting, I prefer it when a bit more shit is going on OR the fight is SOLELY 1vs1 (eg Wing Zero vs Epyon, loved that fight)

And, uh... when would this be? You know, just for research...

It's definitely new, I watched the original a few months back and her skirt in that pretty much covered everything and the angle was pretty conservative. The new version however...

And hilariously enough it's more realistic. ._. Lunamaria's skirt was tiny, there's no way it'd cover anything at that angle.
