So apparently the anime rumor was indeed true. But the ending turns out to the be the ending of "Part I", with Part II coming sometime in the future (in SJ+). Studio will be MAPPA, whose motto is "if the check clears, we're all ears".

Was gonna read the manga at last, but I suppose I may as well wait now.

I would be much more relaxed if Toho animation is involved in the production of the anime. The anime that has Toho's money usually have a good or acceptable level of production, like: Jujutsu, Boku no Hero, Great Pretender, Dr. Stone and several others.

As good as the team is, if there is no money to spend on production, then it really doesn't matter.

Great trailer but it sucks that it's MAPPA, cause in a perfect world I'd really like to ignore everything they produce. Black company and there's no denying it.

Should be noted that this is a pre-animated trailer, so its not fully going to be indicative of the show's quality in of itself(Not saying that it still won't look good).

But also that the staff that did the trailer are the same as the anime staff, which is not always the case in situations like this.

Well, objectively MAPPA does know how to deliver on the visuals .

The trailer looked awesome. If they put as much effort into this as they did on Jujutsu Kaisen, it will be a massive hit. It was easily the best shounen jump manga of the past decade (at least).

I will not post the new trailer and instead recommend anime only watchers to avoid it at all costs. Not only is it just manga panels with some music, it is full of MAJOR spoilers. There's only 10 seconds of animation at the end with Makima.

Why did they even release this? Production must really not be going well.
