I wonder why they keep making those plays with Yuki?

And...is it asking for too much if someone could spoil me about the ending of the story?

As for the first and second questions, even VN readers don't have the answer. They are making an anime original route.

You already know how this ends. It's literally in the original S;G. Okabe figures out how to save Kurisu. Then he begins building the time machine. He sends the video back to past Okabe. Then past Okabe saves Kurisu and reaches S;G worldline.

We're supposed to be at Pandora Box in the VN, but not really. They are mixing the routes together.

Only one Okabe reaches S;G. That's the Okabe in the original series. The Okabe in S;G 0 is the Okabe you see in the video in episode 23.

Since you are here, I guess you've prepared to get spoiled so.......

True end: In 2025, after he recorded the video, he used time machine to go to find Mayuri and Suzuha who got lost in time because their time machine ran out of fuel while time traveling. All lab members including Maho, Kagari and Yuki and young Suzuha sent him off and told him to return no matter what. His fate after that is unknown.

It is bittersweet ending. We are hoping for anime version to expand it or add some finishing.

S;G doesn't have alternative universes. There is only one reality. So once the Okabe in the original series reaches S;G, everything is overwritten.

So it's a happy ending.

The entirety of Steins;Gate 0 already takes place on worldlines which "canon" Okarin never experienced for himself.

This is basically the story of another possible Okarin, who despite not existing anymore, is very important to helping "Okarin Prime" reach Steins Gate.

Okabe has Amadeus access revoked, but my gut is telling me they will make the Maho brainwash happen, if only to tie it back to Kagari. Reyes know Maho had Kurisu's laptop so she might want to extract some info from her now that the laptop is gone. And Kagari still doesn't show sign of having Kurisu's memory so Reyes should still be working with Leskinen. 11 episodes are a whole cour and not that much content left from the game, so I guess we will see a lot of originals. I just hope they will be important content rather than filler, not too much anyway.

Dr.Reyes knew that Maho couldn't access the laptop due to what Okabe said ,so it was unlikely that Leskinen and Dr.Reyes will try to get anything from Maho. The Laptop itself was gone too. They also don't know that Okabe and Maho know about Time travel details. They shouldn't have any lead right now. I assume that Leskinen and Dr.Reyes will just turn their focus to Amadeus and Kagari. We will continue on AD + RMG next.

Still, anime need to find a way to make Okabe go to 2036 and Maho need to have Okabe memory to 'revive' him in future. Since none of that is possible at a moment I expect that that Kagari arc might cause world line to change again.
