I'd be more interested in a Clare or Miria figure, post 7 year outfit. I like the look of their rogue Claymore getup than I do the standard claymore uniform.

I suspect that Theresa will be next since she is very popular. Anyone else will be hard to see.

I wonder if they decide on what to release as figurines by the manga popularity/interest, or the anime?

most likely by popularity. If the show is not popular, no one will notice the name or even know what it is.

Consider figurines in the Fate/Stay Night and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. Some figurines there such as Saber from (Fate Stay Night). and Fate Testarossa (Nanoha) were re-issue base on popularity of the show.

Other things to consider when making a figurine could be:

- Advertising the show to increase popularity,
- By manga popularity - ( this is hard to take a guess as some anime are based off games and some are based off the manga, so you can't really say is ALL on manga popularity, you have to consider Japanese Games as well too.)
- By anime series - (er, like above mentioned. Anime (majority of them are based off either the Game or Manga's popularity. If that condition is met, they will consider making one)
by character - hm...it could be a possibility, chance is low though. But if the character is the main character in the manga/anime/game, chances will increase. However, as of now i can only recall so little amount of characters that were made into actual figures due to low popularity of the manga/anime.

edit: as you can judge by my sig and avatar, you can tell which character i want as a figurine ^^. but i can only hope, would not put my hopes up for it though. However, a Teresa figurine would be able to satisfy me xP.

It depends, if it is made with white resin, then it is a cheap price, figures made with this material cost above a $ 100. If it is PVC, is still a fair price.

By chance, I ordered my figure really early (near the day it came out, I think!)... I happened to be searching around and found it at Hobbyfan. When I saw it, I was in shock and ordered it immediately.

I've ordered from other sites before, Hobby Link Japan several times... HLJ has been great. Is Hobbyfan trustworthy?

Hi guys,

I have some questions about the clare figure if you don't mind answering them.

1) When is it due to be released? [I've seen November and December mentioned]
2) How heavy is it? [I know this is a bit vague, I was hoping it would say somewhere so I could work out how much it will cost to ship]
3) What are your experiences with Hobby Link Japan?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the trouble :P

1) Looking at 'december', count on early januari
2) Dunno, guestimate: 500g
looking at other figs in same size/price another guestimate is somewhere around 30 GBP inc. shipping (SAL) ex taxes (if any at that value)
3) over the past 3 years: great service, quick response, no problems

Hmmm, i wonder if Teresa, Galatea, and Ophelia will be the next Claymore made to action figure. I think it's also interesting if Riful human form made into action figure also.

I like Claire, but, IMHO, Claire's figurine not quite depicting the "real" Claire on anime/manga..., looks kinda different, too kawaii IMHO
