I usually refer to Animeseason for this matter. Those short plot summaries they have tend to describe just the early stages of the story and sometimes a wee bit of the past.

Something irks me about the "men and women should be treated equally" part. Either its just me or the atmosphere of the recent chapters don't seem to match.

I've been thinking the same thing after posting those as well. But the story does note that my guys dislike the "women protection priority" system, though...
Not just that, I'm getting this feeling like there's this speck of desire to oppress women entirely.
It's that balance of life thing you know. Destroy the IS system and it will throw the power balance into the gutter because the Silverbacks are(or might) still be operational at that point and it will turn the tables to the favour of men.
Unless somewhere at the end you plan to have the Gundam Wing-style of the Silverback pilots blowing up their units upon achieving their objective(if they do, that is)

An OC story set in IS Society. Alpha Squad is a former squad from the disbanded Thunder Crash mercenary unit. Thunder Crash was disbanded due to the IS, but was attacked on the night of it's disbandment. After surviving the attack, Alpha Squad's been living in IS Society in an attempt to live a normal life. That is until they've recieved an unexpected message.

Thunder Crash, a mercenary unit that was rated highly as a military asset. This is the story of their Alpha Squad as they try to live their lives after being rendered obsolete by the IS. That is... if their lives from before would let them.
Losing a connection is really a bitch, and the internet cafe next door is unreliable piece of junkyard, not worth the price. :|
I've been writing randomly offline and my writing keep regressing to the level of when I first writing random stories in my notebook (like, 12 years old), still, somehow I almost complete the goddamn confusing plotline in the process rather than stumped out, I have a chapter worth of draft, possibly can be expanded into two if I done it right...
And that's a big if, but whatever.

Wednesday, March 4, 2015. 12.15 Hours
Location: Infinite Stratos Academi Class 1-4
As they arrived in fourth class, they quickly arrange the desk so it could also function as makeshift lunch table “So Momioka is in class 1-2 and Sawada is in class 1-1?” Rito asked.
“Indeed” Mio nodded weakly “Geez, and I thought we’ll be in the same class too”
“Well, it was created due to entry test result, namely, to create a balance” Risa said “Though, my grades suck”
Rito stared, he just stared, before finally open his mouth “You know, it’s surreal to see this scene, I’m not even sure this bento is not spiked”
“What scene?”
Haruna pointed at Saruyama, whose eyes still locked firmly at the monitor, one hand typing, and one hand handling the onigiri he’s eating.
But that’s not the problem, what’s new is that the girls are openly molesting him, such as putting their chest over his head or even doing all sort of weirdness to his face.
Their silent contemplation following the bizarre situation was interrupted by Rito’s cell phone ringing “Ja, what is it, Riko-san?”
“[Umm, Rito-san, there’s a… problem]”
“Problem, right, the last thing I want to hear during lunchtime… what is it?”
“[You see, Igel parts will arrive sooner than you expect…]”
“That plane is really piece of crap, why must use that one again?”
“[Umm, well, because I came to Japan along with it… we’re almost reaching I.S.A. by now and descending]”
“YOU WHAT?!” Rito’s scream echoed across the corridor all the way to class 3, where Cecilia and Aikawa startled in response and quickly went for the source. Cecilia’s sandwich wasn’t as lucky as Kiyoka’s okonomiyaki, but either way, both foods are abandoned.
“[We’re coming from East, hang on]”
Rito waste no time but to jump out of window and release his I.S. in its naked form; maximizing acceleration at the expense of protection –not that he need any for this one.
“What’s just happened, Haruna-san?” Cecilia asked; moments after Rito did his stunt she and Kiyoka arrived.
“Umh, I don’t think it’s not quite unrelated but it might be something about delivery” came the response, Cecilia didn’t want to be left; it was a chance she think, and quickly taking off.
Kiyoka just stood there confused as Haruna simply run toward the corridor.
“Reed-san, is there’s a problem?”
“Well, delivery problem to be exact” he said sheepishly as red tinge spread across his cheek
“Well, I’ll be here if you need help”
“I’ll be thankful” Rito nodded.
They’re executing a gentle maneuver, synchronizing speed with the plane. Cecilia doesn’t know what happened, but Rito is delivering hand signal before contacting the plane.
Security team from I.S.A. has been deployed to guide it as well, each are clad with Raphael Revive-type I.S.
Amongst those, Rito recognized Tsuda-sensei. Admittedly, Rito and Cecilia were amazed how they could pull a perfectly synchronized formation in a very tight maneuver.
I.S.A. itself has no large runway, but its 500 meter shipyard is rarely full of objects, and could easily be used as a makeshift runway for small craft usage if done right.
“Seriously, that Riko…” Rito sighed

Location: Infinite Stratos Academy, Industrial Storage and Development Facility
The plane landed safely without any problem, the medium sized cargo jet swept it’s airfoil as soon as it stopped.
The cargo door is unusual that the container is stored vertically within the belly, dropped down slowly with powerful internal cranes. Quite probably, the carriage has more problems with bulk than mass.
There are two crates, one Rito recognize as the parts for his unit.
“Integehen? Oh, that German corporation you talked about?”
“Well, after the war broke out a year ago, they moved to Switzerland and participate with I.S. development there. Their position in German has been replaced with Schnecke”
“Oh” Cecilia knew it does happen from time to time, when a mega corporation becomes stagnant or even regressive, other companies could take over the I.S. development rights with government support.
Of course, being a mega corporation, one could easily have multiple branches even outside their respective countries. Such large scale transfer is really costly and complex though, since the employee’s residence should be taken into account.
“Wait, Fire Valley? I remember I tried to buy some product but there’s a problem…”
“Fire Valley, is that the name of Canadian Heavy Industry?”
“Yep, Fire Valley produced one of the best propulsion systems. Usually less powerful than those of Kirishima but more efficient” Rito quickly unpack it and seemingly delighted with the assorted metals he got “Surprise me again, THIS is exactly what I wanted”
“Then what about that crate?”
“Definitely not mine” Rito shook his head, he, however, quite familiar with the design. It’s a heavy armored crate which massed often heavier than the content itself, and therefore, he knew few things worth such level of protection.
“Let me guess, this goddamn crate contain an I.S. frame, complete with the core”
“Correct. This is Northwind Messiah, Generation 3 Infinite Stratos”
Rito feel a sense of de javu, Haruna stood at the entrance with flat expression he often spot when she was serious.
“Haruna-san? Ah, wait a minute, you said its Canadian… then it’s…”
Her trademark, gentle and soothing smile reappear and nod as she confirmed the question “Yes, that’s my assigned prototype I.S.”
The crate has its own complex locking mechanism, which combines mechanical and electronic lock, requiring special key to open, and that key was in Haruna’s hand now.
Cecilia’s blood felt like drained as indeed, Rito was right. The crate bloom like a flower, revealing a frame held inside firmly.
The frame was very compact, Rito noted, probably even smaller than naked Igel. Indeed, as Haruna began the refitting sequence, Rito could see it hardly add 5 centimeter to Haruna’s height, in contrast, BT raised Cecilia’s height by at least 40 cm, possibly more. He took a mental note that this is probably the smallest I.S. he ever seen.
Oddly for a female-assigned unit, it has complete body armor, not that Rito have problem or anything, honest. Rito wonder if it’s truth that girls don’t like torso armor because their breast getting in the way, but Haruna isn’t THAT small…
…he put a palm to the face after the nasty realization about his dirty mind. Cecilia actually noticed and frown in response, that Rito actually checking Haruna in her I.S. outfit -which is surprisingly modest for having a hip-length spats instead of usual bikini bottom.
No matter how she thinks, she has better body shape…
Unless Rito is into a well-balanced slender girl in the first place.
“Adjustment complete” Haruna noted, clenching her armored hand softly “I don’t know they deliver it with the help of foreign transport though”
“Fire Valley is concerned with the security measure” a voice quite similar to Rito’s echoed softly in the room, which rose a further warning to Cecilia “In fact, Igel’s new parts is added as decoy. Officially, only few people knew messiah has been sent to academy, until we arrive that is”
They share the same hazel-colored eyes, she had smoother red hair but it’s still spiky enough to be noticeable, and exact same facial structure minus the rounder jaw line, and probably slight height difference. But if it wasn’t accentuated curves, anyone might actually mistake her for Rito, a boy.
“Good afternoon, Rito-san, and I suppose you’re Sairenji Haruna-san”
“Ah, yes”
“I’m so glad to meet you after all this time-“ her word was cut off as Rito swiftly bend her on her back, forcing her into a submission “Gyah! Gomen! Gomen”
“Who said you can come here huh? Even so far as skipping school… really, what should I say to Mum?” Rito uncharacteristically deliver a creepy, wide grin. Realized the kind of punishment that will befall upon her, the mysterious girl’s voice resounding in the dock facility.
It's not clear enough as of now, but the implication is set that I.S. delivery is a lot less secure before and as such something happened, like "An I.S. get stolen" bad.
“Well, mind you share with me what-” Charles suddenly asked, but Yui swiftly interrupt Dan before he can say anything “Classified information”
“I understand”
“…. That was fast of you”
However, they’re surprised by the sudden explosion right in the center of corridor, though it’s not much of a blow, the resulting smoke is quite distracting.
Ichika was reminded of what happened long time ago, but alas, he was ended up in an extremely uncomfortable position, both hand ended up on the two girls’ ample bosom. So, does he have tiome to compare this time?
“PERVERT!!”
He instantly flew as his body hit by combined impact force and landed on yet another uncomfortable place, but three times as squishy.
As the white smolder dissipating, the scene became clear. Ichika’s head is resting on top of a girl’s lap. Not any girl either. It was a naked, beautiful girl with silky pink hair and unearthly smooth skin.
“Ah, finally, we meet again!” she waste no time and smothering him in a tight hug.
“… I’m so screwed… wait, I’m the victim here!” Ichika screamed before Houki and Yui deliver a swift kick to his stomach… again. He quickly opened his blazer and gave it, mirroring what happened between then years ago “You know, if my premonition is right, a robot-thing and two men in black suit might actually somewhere in this school too”
“Ah, thank you” the girl brightly smile “I’m sorry to be a bother again, hee-hee”
“Ichika, do you know her?” Houki asked, no, demanded Ichika to answer, judging from her tone of voice. She also harshly shoved her skirt, leaving her hips bare open.
“Sort of, we met once… about two years ago, I think” Ichika and Dan unconsciously have their vision slowly descend, until Yui deliver a two finger gesture, which made them realized the implication, saving their eyes in process. “Oh yes, the kidnapping incident. I might actually owe her in a way or another”
“Rest assured, starting today please guide me”
What a carefree girl… everyone noted as she calmly wore the borrowed uniform.
“You know, considering the lack of undergarment, that’s quite erotic in itself”
Charles raises his eyebrow, confused, and then realization hit him as he exclaimed “Oh, I understand”
“You want to say something, Gotanda?” Houki pretty much cracked her fist in front of Dan’s face, scared the hell out of his life –not that he show it- “No ma’am”
Both Ichika and Houki is speechless as Kotegawa finished the explanation in a rapid succession, thankfully, they got most of the point.
“So let get me straight, I knew Oceania is not affiliated with United Nations, but …”
“Not like Australia is any different” Dan said “Majority of Australian, with the exception of native Aboriginal people, can not be traced back to our ancestries in Africa, at least, that’s as far as our current science can answer. This is because Australia is inhabited by immigrant form outer space or so they call themselves, Memorsian”
“Even elementary student knew about Memorsian and their centuries-old history, they occupied he continent way before we FOUND it. But seriously, we’re talking about OCEANIA UNION” Ichika again repeated his disbelief.
“Well, it’s a fact, I don’t know much either”
Well, technically Dan knew a lot compared to Ichika, but either way, classified information.
Houki is visibly disturbed that Ichika would be concerned with state of a small country rarely heard of. Then again, being a representative might do that for her, if she became one for example.
“Rest assured, we hope you can enlighten us the condition further in the future”
“In short, you want us to spy on this person along with you?”
“Spying is too much a harsh word, Shinonono” Yui shook her head, which made Houki confused “You just need to act normally and stay out of the messier things; you can take our request as random curiosity even”
“We understand then” Ichika nodded with a smile “I see this is not above our capabilities, besides, disregarding the rivalry between cadet reps, we’re still can be friends right?”
Yui was a bit taken a back by that statement. On the other hand, he can be very sharp; however, he could act carefree if the situation is more sensible, in contrast to her uptight nature.
Then Yui is reminded by the ‘incident’, and huffed as she left with a bright red face. Dan sheepishly followed her and constantly teasing her, much to her chagrin.
Until they’re a little secluded that is, then he dropped the playful façade.
“I feel a little guilty for not telling them the full truth, still, I’ll be damned if our superior is right…”
“Indeed, this sudden shift in political alignment really upset the United Nations as a whole” Yui nodded with a grim expression plastered on her already stiff expression “As small as they are; Union covered a considerable part of Pacific Ocean. With the worst assumption that indeed interstellar force had subtly occupied Oceania, then….”
“That means there is a gaping hole in our space defense network” Dan sighed “And if that assumption proven to be correct, then we’re doomed sooner or later”
Dan and Yui is no ordinary pilot, they are actual UN agents bestowed with higher authority than mere cadet rep, and holding a lot more information than normally they will have. Here, they foreshadow the eventual invasion, though it doesn't happen the way they predicted.
“You stay here with me; do not do anything funny” Rito pointed “Understand?”
“Okay Rito-san”
Riko, as she called, now dressed in I.S.A. uniform, followed her male counterpart toward the classroom. She’s about as tall as Haruna, but a little bulkier in build. Once again, minus her clearly feminine body, she could be easily mistaken for Rito and vice versa.
Rito himself apparently has changed to a new uniform altogether; his new blazer has shorter sleeve, stopped midway between his hand and his elbow. Likewise, same goes to his pants. He also wore pair of red armband.
“How do you feel about the new clothes?”
“As comfortable as I hoped, thank you” he said sincerely, the new uniform is a bit thinner than the standard one, which is the reason he request a new uniform altogether.
“Yo, boy and girl, where are you going? Getting intimate during class time in the principal’s office?”
“AS IF!”
“Just kidding, Yuuki-boy” Yokoshima waved her hand lightly “The arrangement is a bit rushed but thankfully we could handle it; I was expecting a surge of new student in next week actually”
“Why next week of all times?”
“Now, why don’t we get familiar for a second or two? My name is Naruko Yokoshima, age somewhere in the thirties; I am I.S.A. Principal that also doubles as class 1-3’s homeroom teacher… which would be your class as well”
”C-cool…” Riko muttered in awe “No, I mean, my name is Riko Yuusaki, please guide me throughout the year”
“Yuusaki, are you unrelated to this rebellious guy?”
“While collectively we always called twins, we’re actually cousin” Riko said humbly “I was adopted and raised by Yuuki family since I was nine”
The tall woman gaited and smother both of them quite tightly as they walk through the teachers lounge, to his discomfort “Mmm, I can see the reason, you’re cute. Yuuki-boy did you tap that? I won’t be bothered if we have a 3P”
“Screw you”
“Rito-san, that’s uncalled for, aren’t you taught by Kaa-san to be polite and kind to woman?”
“There’s always exception, especially this kind of woman”
“Oi, what kind of woman are you refer to me as”
“Ask your heart”
After seconds of silence and contemplating, Yokoshima instead began to fondle her own breast with ecstatic expression drawn on her face.
“See?”
“Ah, I guess there’s a good reason I’m still single… Well, technically. Oh, Hi, Chifuyu”
Hearing that name, both Rito and Riko stiffened the very instant. As if they feel a sudden spike in air pressure.
“Yokoshima-sensei, I believe that sexual harassment is not part of teaching curriculum”
The well known Spartan teacher, Orimura Chifuyu. Well, Rito knew a liiitle better than that. But he didn’t want to bring the subject for now.
“You seem to be disturbed… any problem?”
“Nope, just my hunch probably”
Foreshadowing again, from the previous chapter the connection between him and Chifuyu has been implied. Otherwise, random babbling.

“So, as you can see, Lala-san here will join us as the first official student with interstellar origin” Shino finished the short introduction firmly.
“Nice to meet you”
Seeing such strange yet captivating presence, Yui already expect the kind of reaction her classmate will give, namely, frenzy. Dan himself just chuckled, but deep down in there, he’s at 100% alertness.
Being agents of United Nations Security Force tend to make you paranoid, they said.
“That’s one interesting girl there” Risa bit her thumb, by how she smile, Yui just know she really will intervene very, very soon.
“So, did any of you have question to ask? We still have like, five minutes left”
“Ne, Lala-san, did you have an I.S. already?”
“I.S.? Well, I have one …”
A loud crashing sound echoing throughout the school as an object slam onto the schoolyard at high velocity, it was clearly a capsule of some sort. Dust and steam flutter around it as it open into a flower like shape.
“Oh, that is it”
“Yo…. YOU-“
Before certain girl can lash out, Shino-sensei coughed twice, gaining everyone’s attention “Lala-san, I should be reprimand you, but since this is your first day I will let you slip”
“Damaging the school property on purpose is prohibited, operating I.S. outside sensible situation also prohibited; finally, we have a perfectly functional docking facility when it comes to material transportation, so high speed reentry capsule is also prohibited, understood?”
“….eh? In that case please forgive me”
Everyone swear they heard a loud thump from Yui’s direction, courtesy of her temple meet the table.
“That’s nobility for ya” Dan shrugged “They do as they please”

“The plan gone as expected… there are unexpected surprises, probably for the best though”
“We’re talking about new student form outer space-kind of twist here”
“No, I have yet to encounter any interesting machine to… study with, besides BT from UK. I’m pretty sure a lot will appear… but we have to wait”
“… I knew about that… Dunois has not much spare ti-Yes, I know, but I don’t have any choice either. No, I’m… not forgetting that, never in a second”
“…I’m doing just fine on my own… father…”
Stumped himself in the dark corner, he held the cellphone tightly, while holding a sudden surge of emotion inside. He won't let it surface, not the correct time
Even though he's always been alone like this...
For the mind screw factor, the other Charles will call him in the future.
If I were Ichika during the fight with Silverio I wouldn't even need Setsura. Considering I had the support of all the girls it would've been a better idea to plan a short strategy. Have Houki and me on point, Rin and Charlotte as vanguard, while Cecilia and Laura provide cover fire.
