mashima is doing the same he did with the others mangas not full made by him, he give the person in charge the "plot" then the person draw the story based on the plot and others mashima requests.

The Sabertooth spin off is drawn by Kyōta Shibano. Presumably Mashima's involvement is around the same level as the Blue Mistral or Fairy Girls spin offs. Which is to say some degree of oversight, but it's largely the spin off author coming up with things.

well to be fair while lucy is also fanservice target we don't see many peoples asking her to be "naked" or take of her cloths as yukino...

that can even have a potential running gag in make her a "gray" female, she get so used to be asked to take off her cloths which she gonna start to do that alone like gray.
