Episode one is not bad by any stretch of imagination but I do question the writers' decision to use an original material here. I wonder if the original story involving the lying woman is considered too graphic for TV-viewing audience.

The lying woman story might still appear in the anime.. who knows. & i think its good how they're not adding the Tsubasa part of the story, kinda gives it a new edge.

Just like other series, it is currently given a tentative 13 episodes.

I was like "I know this voice, slow and bossy plus sexy ,yeah ...that's magery daw's voice =P Then took a look on animenewsnetwork, OMG all the CV from Shana. no wonder..

HORIKKU (HORIK). The xxx is only meant for you to fill in the blank, ie: Alcoholic, Computer-holic, workaholic, etc.

I enjoyed it. Great look. Good animation. Fortunately for me, I've read only a bit of the manga, so I am not disturbed by the new material. I hope the following episodes can be as interesting.

And I thought Ohara Sayaka as Yuuko was a wonderful voice. She was Bel-Peol in Shana (not sure if that's the best way to refer to the character, since I haven't watched the whole show), as well as Raquel Casull in Scrapped Princess, Alicia in ARIA, and Uchida in Noein.

The way Shizuka Itou does Himawari's voice, believe me you won't regonise Wihelmina.

Gaaah, i love Himwari.. and nothing beats how Watanuki says her name. <3

Well, it definitely looks that way, but occasionally anime licensors will sit on a domain that they don't actually have rights to because they're expecting to get them.

Though since Funi already has Tsubasa, and the Tsubasa and xxxHOLiC movies, I imagine licensing the xxxHOLiC TV show would be a no-brainer.
