I dunno why, but the reason why M16 wears a orange hairclip in her left position of her short hair is because she loves oranges, I guess.

Not quite. It seems to be an adult you need to be WWII era. On the other hand the reast of the girls are separated by calibre. So the lolis are P90s and other small calibre guns.

Not really. Miss Thompson, the representative of the Tommy Gun, dates back to the early 20s, and if I remember right the drillmaster-esque teacher was named Winchester. If anything, a gun manufacturer seems to have been around prior to or around WWII to be seen as an "adult".
