Wow IPL 5 is brutal. TPA vs Fnatic has just started, CLG.NA vs Cuirse.EU a bit later and Moscow 5 is already in the Losers Bracket.
TPA barely avoided giving up a double kill first blood in the first minute. But Fnatic get 3 for 1 a few minutes later. Bebe is burning Fnatic hard but Xpeke is burning TPA harder. And Fnatic win Game 1! Aside from heavy pressure on Soaz early, TPA were rarely in this one.

EFF Yeah! Fnatic 2-0!
And isn't it amusing that the moment Sona's base stats get nerfed, the main supports in those tournies suddenly shift to Lulu and Blitzcrank. Any chance that artist can do Lulu riding Shyvana as she burns down Swain? Edit: CLG.NA beat Curse.Eu 2-1 and will verse Fnatic in the winners bracket semi tomorrow. Azubu Blaze v TSM about to start and a real surprise in bans. Apparently Azubu Blaze had no access to a hotel room last night and Reginald of TSM let them use his. In respect of his sportsmanship, Azubu Blaze allowed Reginald a free pick in Game 1. I just hope yesterday showed TSM they can't do lane phase for long anymore and have to team up earlier. And what a hilarious start. Mid is top, bot is mid and top is bot. Then mid goes to top for Azubu. XD

It's specifically against Korean teams. They've never even taken a game off of one.
TSM put up a good fight against Azubu but both games, one team fight and Ambition being more farmed up than Reginald decided the match. So tomorrow, there's Moscow 5 vs Azubu Blaze, Curse.EU vs Curse.NA, Taipei Assassins vs Singapore Sentinels and...something...in the loser brackets. Winner bracket matches are CLG.EU vs World Elite and CLG.NA vs Fnatic.

FANBOYS MUST DIE!
Being a fan is fine, but the threads that they make or the counter argument they make is beyond stupid. If one of their Teams loses. Can't even show some respect to the other team. If the Team isn't European or American and have a hard time speaking English, 90% of the LoL community Becomes Racist. I guess I'll have to ignore the Twitch TV Chat room.

Unless that is topped, game 2 of World Elite vs CLG.EU was game of the year. Having 3 lanes open vs 1 dictated how the latter part of that match ended.
But in the end, Froggen destroyed TPA so they do survive. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there's only 4 teams left now? I think it's World Elite vs Fnatic in the Winners Bracket final and Moscow 5 vs CLG.EU in the Losers Bracket semifinal?

Oh...just as both streams die for me, TPA make their comeback according to you...damn it...
Meh, it's World Elite's to lose at this rate. They're in scary form. Edit: And in the end, only Fnatic could ever take a game off of them, but not enough. Even when a teamfight went sour, they would pull the match back to their favour.

And as expected. World Elite won. Good showing by Fnatic though, since they only got a spot when Alternate were forced to pull out.
And it seems tonight's patch is the big one with all the new stuff! But darn, no Nami...

What I have learnt in the first day so far:
- The upgrade to Haunting Guise is a must for Katarina, Mordekaiser and Vladimir. - Hydra is a must for Fiora. - Statikk Shiv is a must for Miss Fortune, Tristana and Nocturne. - Runaan's Hurricane is a must on Ashe. - Jungling is slower pre-6, after is fine. - Boot enchantments will be important. - Movement speed is now at a premium for non-ad champs. - Sightstones, Mikael's Crucible and Runic Bulwark (upgraded Aegis) are mandatory for supports. - Bots matches tend to 4-5 group gank after the 10 min mark.
