I have been there a number of times so I can give you some information about it.
First off it is a local con so it is kind of small compared to a lot of other cons. The main stage and the dealers room and next to each other, but everything else is spread out in different buildings. Check out the panels and workshops lists, some of them can be good, depending on what they have. If you have more specific questions I can see if I can answer them.

It's probably going to end up the same way for me as always. I get hyped, I make plans to go, a bunch of people agree to come along. At the last minute, everyone bails one me and my job calls me in to work. I haven't been to a con since Katsucon 2009 I believe. I hope I make it to AnimeNext this year.
