I really enjoyed the episode. It went by far, far too quickly -- even the second time I watched it!

The only thing I thought of after the fact is that I wonder how far in advance they've planned to have a second season for the show -- the reason this is contextual is that if this wasn't the bridge between seasons 1 and 2, I'd have hoped or thought the ending would have been less open-ended.

Anyway, good stuff. I want more.

Now that's Chuunibyou at its best. Goofy, fun, silly comedy antics (particularily the Dekomori and Nibutani antics) with illusion battles. Shaft style with a kyoani budget. Ha! That's pretty sweet

For most of the episode. Couldn't give a feck about the romance bits towards the end of the ep.

Now keep this tone up in the second season please instead of trying to be serious. If you wanna be serious, just make more Hyouka or better yet fast track Kyoukai no Kanata.

NibutanixDeko is one of the elements present in the anime but not in the novel that I liked. Tsundere x Tsundere yuri couple seems to be a booming trend in recent years.

I don't mind YuutaxRikka. While YuutaxRikka provides a more streight romance (in more than one meaning), Nibutani x Deko pairing adds more comedic fuel into the romance, and of course it's yuri which is obviously my cup of tea.

Oh, and I dislike Kumin x Ishiki. Not only it doesn't progress, but it made Ishiki come off as even more pathetic than in the novel in both his appearence and character. At times, I felt novel Ishiki is a bit more reliable. I hope anime Ishiki will get better treatment in the coming new season.

A pretty nice episode, dat kiss... Definitely didn't expect THAT to happen.

I hope the second season will stay as light-hearted as this even with the introduction of Shichimiya.

Well just watch the 2nd season when it comes out. Someone said there is a chance we will see Yuuta and Rikka kiss early in the new season.
