Same with me. But I agree SATANIC is a so-so song. I can`t picture it being used as a insert during an episode.

Listening to it again, I can actually imagine it being used for a certain vector manipulator arc.
Though I personally would like an entire new song dedicated to some scenes in case they will do an insert again.

I think the music company stated that the ending for To aru majutsu no index season 2, would come out by next week or so

Defiantly Rei from Highschool of the Dead, but there was 1 more cosplay that I couldn't precisely see because the rotation was just too fast that moment (0:28-0:29)

Please take time to read people's answers... It's Sakugawa (Uiharu and Saten's school) uniform. And since she doesn't have the flowerhead, assume it's Saten since we don't know much others from that school.
