Since Rightstuf is having another 25 DVDs for $100 sale (though only ADV DVDs are in the sale), my most recent order was actually today:
Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 1 (Hyb): A Plague of Demons + Artbox Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 3 (Hyb): Devil Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 4 (Hyb): The Devil to Pay Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 5 (Hyb): Between the Devil & the Deep Blue Sea Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 6 (Hyb): Devil's Advocate Chrono (Chrno) Crusade DVD 7 (Hyb): Hellfire Elfen Lied DVD 1 (Hyb): Vector One Elfen Lied DVD 2 (Hyb): Vector Two Elfen Lied DVD 3 (Hyb): Vector Three Elfen Lied DVD 4 (Hyb): Vector Four Excel Saga DVD 1 (Hyb) Excel Saga DVD 2 (Hyb) Excel Saga DVD 3 (Hyb): When Excels Strike (Out) Excel Saga DVD 4 (Hyb): Doing Whatever It Takes! Excel Saga DVD 5 (Hyb): Secrets & Lies Excel Saga DVD 6 (Hyb): Going Way Too Far Kino's Journey DVD 1 (Hyb): Idle Adventurer + Artbox Kino's Journey DVD 2 (Hyb): Emerging Lanes Kino's Journey DVD 3 (Hyb): Warning! Curves Ahead Kino's Journey DVD 4 (Hyb): Not Without Reservations Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi DVD 1 (Hyb) + Artbox Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi DVD 2 (Hyb): It's a Mad.. Alternate World Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi DVD 3 (Hyb): Impractical Magic Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi DVD 4 (Hyb): There's No Place Like Home Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok DVD 1 (Hyb): God & Detectives + Artbox Sadly they were out of Chrono Crusade vol 2. Also, the only DVDs in the list of sale items appear to be things that were released before 2006 (approximately), so only the first volume of Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok was in the sale. Still a happy day - especially considering that ADV has started cutting the special features from their thinpacks. EDIT: The last thing I bought before that was Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid vol 2 and Pani Poni Dash vol 2.

I almost participated in RightStuf's sale. But I held myself back so I could save money. Now I regret doing so because I just spent over $60 today on anime :/
-Galaxy Angel volume 2 -Galaxy Angel volume 3 -Galaxy Angel volume 4 -Di Gi Charat: The Original Series And I finally decided to pre-order Rozen Maiden. Ugh, if I had bought from RightStuf's sale, it would have been the Angelic Layer, Kaleido Star, and Maburaho. Damn...Now it's too late and I already spent the money I would have used. |

I just ordered Elfen Lied - complete collection a few days ago as well. At the same time I ordered the Gunslinger Girl: Complete Box Set, Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu - Complete Collection, Cowboy Bebop - The Perfect Sessions, and the BECK soundtrack. I debated on whether or not I should spend my money on Girls Bravo... |

I bought the first uncut subbed Naruto box set two months ago. I got into it slowly, but once they got into the Zabuza arc I was hooked. I downloaded the rest and watched up to episode 135 before the filler begins. I once watched 33 episodes in the span of two days along with Wings of Honneamise and two episodes of 2x2=Shinobuden(Ninja Nonsense). It was the first two days off I had after finishing the first Naruto box set and I did nothing but watch anime. That Chuunin Exam arc was too good for words. I plan on buying the rest of it when it comes out on dvd. I know I'm like the last person on Earth to discover Naruto. It's actually gotten me back into anime after a long break. Last thing I watched was Gantz a long time ago.

Your Latest Purchase
This is a thread to post any purchase you've made related to any anime or manga series, and to discuss future purchases.
I'll start us off with my ever increasing Ghost In The Shell collection Sry for the picture quality, i had to use my camera phone =3 (bought these today for £25, may have been a bit much but i couldnt resist) (and my collection now [not showing the psp game]) If i can get my hands on GitS on the PS1 then my game collection will be complete(i hope). Then its jsut onto the soundtracks for the movie and series, and purhaps the manga, although i dont really read manga that much. So yeah share your purchases or feel free to slam my feeble collection, just be gentle |
