Well, this has certainly been buried. Wow, I need to get around to 'doing' sigs once in a while. I decided to pay tribute to my favourite Clannad girl: Kotomi. I went with a reflection-ish style. I think the bg might look weird since it has the blending and colours and sparkles on the right and than it fades to white. I think I might need to fade out the render on the left, not sure. Any ideas?

^ I like the idea of it, but it seems that the left side is more blurred out than the right. Maybe try to make the colors on the left stand out more just as much as the right, and maybe it would look better. Other than that, it is pretty.

^I think it's suppose to be a reflection so it's supposed to be a bit more blurred and washed out.

Yeash I was looking for a reflection, I was thinking of trying to maybe add some sort of mirror pane or something to make it look a little cleaner. It might be better though if I make the image on the left a little stronger.

But then you'll end up changing the bg for the left side too.

I can't see the first render. I think your should not make it too bright like that. Its nice overall.

Imo maybe you should lower the opacity of the reflection just a tiny bit and fade it out. Oh, and making the reflected side a very soft shade of purple.

I like the idea, though. Keep the good work up.

Heres a little revision. I dropped the opacity a bit, put purple on the reflected side, it might be a little strong, I did a little smudging on the left side and feathered it out a little. Any better?

I so wanted to make a bit of a commitment to hang around this board more. Didn't happen, but maybe I'll change, as for now, I did a little touhou sig. Im not sure if the background fits. I havent made a sig in a month or so and I rust over pretty quick. C&C if you have the time please

Well, ive been away from the arts for a little while, so I wasnt expecting anything great with my first sig in like 2 months, but I figured I was addicted to Touhou enough to give another one a try with one of my favourite images of Reimu, C&C if you see anything, I think it has a nice atmosphere to it, but any opinion is a good opinion.

Thanks guys and gals, it seemed to all click together well from the get go. I was thinking text, but I had nothing at the moment of creation so I figured I would leave it off untill I got something better. I was thinking of writing 'Reimu' then below it put 'the perfect cherry blossom'. Might be by project on this nice lazy Canada Day holiday. Source in the spoiler.
