(I'm almost tempted to simply delete your post since it is obvious flame bait, but I will leave it for now. Hopefully others will see that this is not worth discussing, because it literally does not matter.) |

Since its not related to an election, I'll drop this over here ... today Rush decided to divert attention from his last circus by attacking another woman today for *being* a woman. But hey, lets let the conservative journal Forbes explain it

US Intercepts Only 1 of 3 Drug Smugglers It Tracks, Says General
"The U.S. military command covering South America intercepts only about a third
of the drug shipments and other illegal traffic that it knows about, because it and allied nations simply lack the assets to intercept most of the suspect boats and aircraft that their intelligence identifies, locates, and tracks." See: http://defense.aol.com/2012/03/07/us...cks-says-gene/ =========================================== Army Sends Strykers, Air Defense Radar to Mexican Border: "Beginning in February, the U.S. Army quietly deployed part of a Stryker brigade and an air defense unit to the Mexican border to assist local law enforcement and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Dubbed Operation Nimbus II, the deployment featured 500 soldiers from the 6th Sqdn., 1st Calvary Regiment, 1st Armored Div. (Stryker) from Ft. Bliss, Texas; and E Battery, 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Regiment from Ft. Hood, Texas." See: http://www.aviationweek.com/aw/blogs...entId=blogDest |

If you live in the higher latitudes, you may get a Northern Light show over the next couple of days:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-17295337 Of course, that may be the main entertainment if the power grid, intennet, and other systems flake out. Many of our systems have evolved SINCE the last major storm and have yet to be really tested by a major storm. Currently, air flights are being modified and many comm companies are setting up alternative routes for signal flow.

2) MOST likely is that a few GPS satellites have a bad day, the ISS astronauts get a bit more radiation than usual, the power grid is mostly unaffected (some outages), your cellphone calls may drop more often, internet connectivity may be a bit wonky. Outside of covering everything in tin foil - there isn't much you can do or should worry about doing. Hopefully some of us will get to see a good aurora display and none of us will be in the dark or have technical issues.

He would end up getting shot before he kill many. They don't go lightly on the terrorists than kill on their territory. And they do have death penalty in the improbable possibility than they would take him alive.
