Personally I think that Restia has already acknowledged Est as being Kamito's second wife / first mistress by giving Est a part of her power to protect him.

After all, I doubt that the changes that have occurred to Est in volume 12 are reversible ... meaning that the current Est, will stay as the Demon Kings sword for the rest of her and Kamito's life...

Couldn't agree with you more Claire is getting tiresome. She needs to accept that she is emotionally weak and Kamito only accepted being her slave spirit because with out him she would fall apart. Also needs to accept that others are interested in him as well. But as I stated before the whole violence thing for no reason or her misinterpreting this is very stale. Would have thought that by now she would realize not to jump to conclusions as every time she does she is wrong and Kamito always explains it. Author need to put different humour and massive character development for Claire. Personally I rather like Ellis and would also love to see Kamito flirt with Greyworth or treat her better like he did when he lost his memory. Its so obvious she is into him but after everything she has done for him he treats her like crap.

I would also like a budding relationship between Greyworth and Kamito but more in the sense of a familial one and less of a romantic one. I think Greyworth is the mother Kamito "never had" and I would really like more exploration on that aspect.
