I would say it's too bad these sorts of girls aren't available in real life but it seems they are. I just got back from coaching/judging at a high school debate tournament that draws teams from high schools all over the USA. Debate seems to draw these amazingly beautiful intelligent young women to its ranks. At one point, I was having to check myself so I wouldn't fall into AzuDa Kimura-mode (eep!) over the large number of spectacular little asian or indian femmes competing.

A bit of the problem is I'm probably in better shape than when I was in my 20s and I don't *feel* old -- but I'd like to know why the face of my father slipped into that image in the mirror. My wife, otoh, still gets carded depending on how she dresses (damned immortal asians

) Most of our friends are at least 10 years younger than us, many are teens or 20-somethings so I suppose that has something to do with attitudes.

Carry on --- they're actually out there (and a lot of them like anime/manga based on the reactions I got when they'd spot my MT "baka**2" shirt or my wife's "Ph34r teh Cut3 0n3s" shirt.

Finding the Higurashi-crossover pics quite amusing... in a good way
