I'd have to go with the snow scene in Tomoyo's arc in Clannad. I guess that's not exactly a sensual display, but more of the classic dramatic type of romance. The term romance is a bit ambiguous though.

Hmm, I'd say Kotonoha hugging Makoto

Amagami SS. In fact that anime is overly saturated with it one of my friends got itchy watching it.

Though my personal favorite ever is the scenes between Kaoru and Aoi in Ai Yori Aoshi, and the one in DNAngel between Niwa and Riku.

Kannazuki no Miko ep11 when Chikane confesses to Himeko. The entire finale is one big emotional rollercoaster that got me into yuri in the first place.

Being the fan of relationship centered stories that I am there are a good number of scenes i can think of, but there is one the impression of which hasn't faded over the years since i last watched the show.

The very closing moments of Canvas 2. One of the few anime moments that have managed to burn themselves in my memory i guess.

Spoiler for Yosuga no Sora episode 10: When Haru hugged Sora and say "Our family consists between you and me". I never saw any heart-warming scenes like that in any other shows and most likely may never saw anything like it again.

Tomoya's back at the bottom of the hill where he first met Nagisa and decides that even after all the sadness he experienced during After Story he still wants to be with Nagisa and he shows this by bellowing her name and hugging her so forcefully that he nearly knocks her off of her feet; all of this is set to the music Nagisa warm piano arrange, which is a moving song by itself, but is made much more powerful when played during this scene. And for a more low key example: Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid Spoiler for episode 5: I've always been fond of the scene where Chidori cuts Sousuke's hair. Just by the way they interact with each other, I could feel the trust and affection the two feel for each other. Sousuke peacefully falling asleep during this scene is especially notable considering how paranoid and trigger happy he normally is. He trusts Chidori enough that he'll allow her to be close to him while she's carrying scissors which can be used as a weapon.

Spoiler for Canvas 2 ending: The scene of Elis and Hiroki in their new home in France, after the credits showing snippets of other character ongoing lives have scrolled past, showing the two wrapped in a blanket while leaning against each others. With Elis commenting that they managed to regain it, "That color" / "That dream" as each one says their respective line while linking hands and slowly kissing. A beautiful scene to end the show with, accentuating the core issue plaguing either character that they managed to overcome in their prior heartfelt attempt to reach out for each other. And that's besides washing away all doubts where said relationship stands in the end __________________
