I honestly didn't even think of Overwatch porn until Blizzard brought it up. Great, now I have to Google it just to sate my perverted curiosity now. Dammit.

Not surprising, it's the era of source filmmaker where it only takes one or two ero-artists to draw up (or just alter) some models and unleash them on the internet, then the amount of content goes up exponentially. Pointless to try and stop it

Overwatch porn? Wow, I scanned through the whole casts, and most of the girls looks....average. D'VA is the closest girl that I could call "cute".

The overwatch popularity is overwhelming..What had Blizzard done to achieved that? Their HoTS didn't took off successfully and still strugglingly to maintain viewers in twitch.

Most of the porn is mainly focused on Mei.

Maybe their PR department is actually full of geniuses and simply wants everyone to TALK about overwatch porn? Seems to be working if thats the case.

You would think in this day and age Blizzard would have employees with enough intelligence to realize the futility of trying to stop porn from being created. Guess not.

You gotta remember that technically they have every right to stop the SFM porn, because it's using their game for something they're not intending it for. I'm not supporting it but it's justified still.

It's not really about rights here. We're all just amazed on how stupid it is.

Also blizzard calling "rights" here is basically like saying "To safeguard our Blizzard Hetain Entertainment prospects we must hunt down all the tentacle porn. We have 'intellectual' rights on all dicks and vaginas used on and in our characters."—that's some message to send out.

1.Yes it is justified legally.
2.But no, it is useless and would have no intended effect.
Which leads to...
3. It makes one cynical and think this is just some bizarre marketing campaign.

And the best part? That resulting perception is, I suspect, probably much more damaging to the game's 'image' than any of this... art... could possibly be.

Lol, the Overwatch Arcade mode is funny today. We're only allowed to pick between two heroes - Genji or Hanzo from their home as the map.

A Genji's going to manage to reflect Hanzo's ulti and make everyone rage quit.

They should take it a step further, Genjis on defence and Hanzos on attack.

Speaking of which, can a Genji reflect a reflected Ultimate? Oh shit, now I need to know! How will I find out the answer?

Custom game with friends.

Rationally, the answer should be yes (but the timing / practicality is completely unrealistic).

It does.
From what I've heard, it does not work on the following though:

Symmetra's Photon Projector beam
Winston's Tesla Cannon
Zarya's short range beam
Mei's frost stream
Symmetra's Sentry Turrets

Also does not deflect melee attacks but will block them instead.

So it seem Bliz started banning thier first cheaters.

Also there is talk about them looking into McCree and D.Va for balancing.
McCree's flashbang is helping too much against tanks and D.Va, while being okay with the devs, might get some "improvements" (buffs).
Nothing is promised except "we have our eyes on them atm".

I've been watching McCree carefully since we've released. McCree's flashbang plays an important role in being a strong option against very fast/agile teams (tracers/genjis/etc). It is also a nice tool to prevent close range devastating abilities and ultimates such as Reaper's Death Blossom.

That said, its probably a bit too good at dealing damage to higher health targets such as Tanks and barriers. I don't have any concrete changes yet, but I'm going to be testing some things internally to see how he plays. - Geoff Goodman: Principle Designer

Right. I think I wasn't clear enough. By saying 'its probably a bit too good at dealing damage to higher health targets' I mean his flash/fan combo, not the flash itself. Fan is more likely to see changes than flash at this point. - Geoff Goodman: Principle Designer

That address McCree anyway.

D.Va's damage is definitely on the lower side, much like Winstons. They are this way for a similar reason: They are both very mobile and hard to kill. Every character in the game has strengths and weaknesses, its part of what makes the teamplay work well.

That said, I do think the is some room for some D.Va improvements, but these are unlikely to take the shape of increasing her damage output significantly. - Geoff Goodman: Principle Designer
And the comments for D.Va

We'll see if we can make some improvements. Thanks for the feedback. - Geoff Goodman: Principle Designer

Just as a follow up, our VFX lead, Nick, made a change so that allied Reapers will have blue coloring to their effects. It actually looks really cool - it's an overall improvement. So thanks for suggesting this.

(This will go live sometime in mid-late June) - Geoff Goodman: Principle Designer
And now Reaper will look prettier

Yeah, right a bit before you posted. There is also that post further explaining D.va damage:

Yes she gets taken down quickly if she is fighting multiple targets, unlike Winston/Reinhardt because of their barriers. When I say she is difficult to kill its speaking from a smaller skirmish standpoint, which she can usually set up due to her Flight ability.

There was a time, when she was first implemented, where she had more damage than she does now. The way that played out is that she would fly into someone's face, destroy them, and fly away. There was little that person could do because her mobility.

As I said I think she can use some help in other areas, but I don't have anything concrete yet. The goal is that she should be a viable aggressive initiation tank, much like Winston can be right now, rather than some sort of beefy flying assassin. So any changes will likely be helping her in that direction.
I think they should also do something about Zenyatta. Frankly, the fact you cannot call back the positive Orb at will and his abysmal HP pool make him nearly unplayable in my books.
