Kyubi's chakra heals everything! Thats why Naruto is recovering so friggin fast! And yes Kyubi's chakra heals even Naruto's chakra system. U can clearly see ith in the fight against Neji, were u see that Kyubi's chakra is pressing itselves thru Naruto's chakra veines and is healing any damage done to it on its way. Also Narutos willpower helped him to recover the heavy blow from Kabuto. And not to mention the great doc Hokage Tsunade=D
