main chick in rideback is not smart, but the opposite. in a way, though, you can consider her powerful when she is riding the motorcycle.

I recommend these two since they're the only ones I can think of : Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. About supernatural stuff, murder, myths, detective, stuff like that also kinda gory too. Here is another simiar anime series though not as gory: Matantei Loki Ragnarok. MmmZ also about supernatural stuff and detective work and has some romance I guess... Well I think these two series are unique maybe rare too, hoped this helped =]
