If they do a season 2 of Railgun, I expect it to be a lot darker then season 1 if they cover the Sister's arc.

Don't forget an episode where the railgun cast meets ITEM in a pool and they decide to have a pointless competition for no reason what so ever, which after hundreds of fan service shots from both sides ends with Mikoto taking off Mugino's top by accident and Mugino vowing revenge on her because of that humiliation..

Actually something like that would be kind of nice...

I seriously doubt that a dedicated season of Railgun will cover the Sisters arc. It'd be AWESOME to see animated psycho(!) biribiri, but it isn't likely to happen. That'd probably be skipped in favor of stuff like Daihasei or the Liberal Arts adventure.

And this can still be awesome.

And is it just me, or is it Touma being more of a badass than he supposedly is??

Please remember that this is in the point of view of the Tsundere, but still very much in love, Mikoto. In the eyes of a loved one, you have few or no faults

I need to praise the Railgun manga for doing a superb job in providing insight on the characters (something that both the novel and the anime somewhat fail at accomplishing). In the last chapter we were shown how deep Mikoto's distress actually was and in this one Accelerator views on Touma's attitude and capacity to hurt him became crystal clear.

Remember this time the fight shown is from Accelerator's POV just like the one during from Index Vol. 20 fight. We already saw Touma's POV in the Index Vol. 3.
Touma isn't the protagonist here so the focuss on characthers insight must be on others, for Touma you have Index.

People have to admit it, the art is pretty good in Railgun.
