I doubt that Shiva can seal 666 completely, since then, there would be no point in creating the plot point, in volume 17, where Rossweisse has managed to create a spell that would seal 666 when she was younger.

-Kiba was called "Izaiya" before he met Rias. A girl called "Tosuka" was in the same institute as him and survived because she had a powerful barrier-type Sacred Gear. She still has the young appearance from back then. She and Kiba hugs while everyone watches.
I guess the earlier spoiler about Kiba having a gf is related to her and not Shinra.
Shinra will still continue to fight for Kiba even if a new "rival" appeared. She also states that she would need to defeat Ise anyway, so a new rival isn't a threat.

-Xenovia wins the election for presidency. Saji will become the vice-president.

-Le Fay and Bennia will enrol in the Kuou academy while Kunou will enrol in the elementary of Kuou academy.

-There's some hidden factor behind Rating Game and Evil Pieces. Tiamat is involved in it and she's actually the judge of the Rating Game behind the scene. She has partnership with Ajuka. She has an appearance of a huge blue dragon.

Tiamat didnt appear till this volume but she was involved in the Devil's world all this time (since the creation of RG and evil pieces).

- So an unexpected love rival has made an appearance - I guess that Kiba is fallowing the steps of his Junior Devil Ise and creating his own harem

- I would say ... good for her, although I wonder what is going to happen with the Academy after Xenovia became the Student Council President

- I guess that means ... that the Occult Research Club is soon going to have some new members

- Well, that's some unexpected revelation. So does that mean that Tiamat was actually hiding in the Underworld instead of the human world ?

Man, volume 19 is definitely becoming more and more interesting to me

It's a GOOD NEWS about Le Fay, Bennia & Kunou will enroll at Kuou(This is my personal wish for it to come true I'm so happy right now). Looks like Matsuda & Motohama will punch Ise if They knew about 3 cute girls who Ise knew before attending Kuou.

Well, we all know who's going to be raging once the volume finishes translation.

Also, I agree with the post saying Kiba is a lolicon. On that note, remember Issei said Kiba was actually pretty perverted back in Volume 4 (During the part where he, Gasper, and Issei were having their discussion as the only Gremory males)? Maybe Kiba's perverted side may start to appear more often in public with this new girl?

And HA! With this new information, the Kiryuu=Tiamat will finally be shot down!
