And holy crap I didn't think anything of Saeko before this ep but that was a sick twist lmao. What a badass character...! Thankfully the action scenes weren't a big cheesefest this week...

EDIT: Sawashiro is doing an awesome job voicing Saeko too... She really brings the emotions out esp. at the end when she was practically going into ecstasy cutting up the zombies lol

Re: Episode 9 - Wow, this was certainly a good wake up call! Aside from the strange boob grabbing and the 'I'm getting wet' shounen slogan, I must admit that I vastly prefer this scene over to the manga, with obvious reasons.

As for Takashi's final monologue in the end, I'm inclined to agree with the masses who pointed out that he's merely referring to Saeko's little revelation as one of the many, many things he has accepted in order to survive the zombie apocalypse.

u guys know how sensitive the boobs is, I mean is Takashi grabbed it out of nowhere pro'lly (he really really knows) to bring her back into reality. and I doubt more than a kiss. high imagination works, yes Saeko didn't gave me that impression based on the anime only.

and it leaves me wonderin why not nipple pinch since it brings one more back into reality. it was advised to us to do that if someone is semi-conscious or feigning sleep.... somethings telling me why its gotta be boob grabbing anyways.

I'll be honest about it, I watch the show purely to laugh at the boob matrix, and to fawn over Saeko because I have that much of a girl crush on her, and would like to see her pick up the gauntlet (or is she the one throwing it down?) and slapping Rei on the face with it! Having that much of a dislike for all things osanajimi, I can safely say that would make my entire day, if not the whole week.

To me it sounds like he did all of that just for his own survival. Could this mean that the SaekoxTakashi love relationship might be nonexistent? Or did he just accept everything about her just to survive?

It's all about survival and personal agenda and mind set in a Zombie World.
Takashi and company are pretty unstable, one minute they're surviving as one, then they rescued and shown they still have heart(Alice rescue), then fighting amongst themselves going all suicidal(Rei/Takashi, Saeko/Takashi incidents), then getting sweet....this is crazy world!

maybe he means he understood his importance to Saeko and he is willing to confort her and keep her fighting for him/his party, he knew well she is the strongest of them all and losing her will lower his/their chance of survival

it seems the anime will go with Takashi and Saeko route, which does not follow manga (actually a few things already not following), i dont mind and will see how it turn out

it sounds weird when Saeko screaming "i'm wet"...
