What the actual fuck. What possible reason could they have for recycling the volume cover? It's just stupid in so many ways.

Unless I'm overreacting and this is just a mistake... somebody please tell me that it's a mistake.

There's a reason why some information are purposefully not revealed.

Ilidsor: It's not a mistake. Sumeragi pointed it out earlier that they were using the previous volume's cover. One possible reason: lateness.

Thinking back- The same thing happened for [A Simple Survey] as well.

The cover art was updated at a later time.

Both of them have the same illustrator... >.>

But hey, I see a pattern. All of the NT3 volumes show a particular new character on that volume.

NT1 - Fremea Seivelun
NT2 - Leivinia Birdway (she appeared on 18, but what the heck?)
NT3 - Roberto Katze
NT4 - The Kiharas

Sheesh, they could at least use a more appropriate volume cover, the Kihara's have nothing to do with this volume. Like volume 12; it's just a picture of Misaka pulling Touma along which I bet is going to happen at some point in this book considering they are having a reunion of sorts. Way better than the Kihara's, and it would've drummed up popularity by having Mikoto on the cover.

Kamachi.exe downloaded an extension from the internet. It's called troll.inc. It corrupted his programming functions.

I would never do something like that. I just feel that it's best to prepare in case things like this happen. Also, about the cover, it is possible that the cover just wasn't finished in time for the update or there were some unforeseen delays. However, in this situation I believe this phrase is appropriate: Fuko Da!(hope I spelled it right)
