Has there been any Psycho-Pass merchandise released yet, or to be released? How quick are they usually for shows like this?

Official merchandise is already available.

I got them at the recent Anime Festival Asia 2012, from the booth of a Taiwanese distributor.

The staff were selling DVDs and other trinkets of various shows from the noitaminA slot, from Usagi Drop to Tatami Galaxy,
House of Five Leaves, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 and more. I've not heard of My-cartoon before. But I reckon if it's an official
distributor, then other official sales channels must also exist in Japan. Check your usual sources, perhaps?

Would love to get myself a replica Dominator...

There's a NoitaminA shop in Parco Shibuya (6th Floor, on the "pop culture" level) that has a decent amount of P-P swag. I don't think they do mail-order though.

I bet they're making on it. Personally, I'm hoping they'll sell figures from main characters.

For me, it's the exact opposite. I really find those chibis moe, especially Akane.

Well they are selling a leather clutch that looks like it at the noitaminA store. It's like $400 though.

I'll add to the above the URL of the official noitaminA Web store: www.noitamina-shop.com

Psycho-Pass merchandise listed here. The Web store does support mail order, but it's not clear if overseas purchases are accepted. I suspect not, as there are no specific instructions for handling foreign addresses.

There's a Japanese novelization of the first 11 episodes of Psycho-Pass, published by Nitroplus (360 pages). It comes with a bookmark with the Public Safety Bureau logo.

Seems it will be exclusive at Comiket 83 Dec 29-31, then to be officially on sale in bookstores Jan 2013.

psycho-pass chimi-game

I want to play

but

Quote:
アニメ本編のキャスト総出演による
trad: "with a total cast of this story appeared in anime"

but I understand there are not any characters that appear in the anime is that its mean in the next episode will have two new characters in the anime: momota mai and takami ayaka

because they also appear in the game or they are just there for the game

hmm for those who've seen the BD version of ep.1-2, is there any improved/added scenes compared to TV ones?

The official website also announced that they are gonna release the second (and last) book of the novel, which covers the later half of the series. I also heard that the prequel novel called A Monster Without a Name (based on a in-series ending theme of the same name) which takes place 3 years ago and it will be released online on NoitaminA's novel section which also publishes novelizations of AnoHana and Tsuritama.

There are none. Though the visuals look a lot better in 1080 in my opinion, you can pick out a lot more of the details. Also, the blu-rays are raw, no subs.

And we have our first figure, a nendoroid of Akane

http://myfigurecollection.net/item/144302

I keep telling myself I won't get nendos but I do really love Akane. If they make a 1/8 of her I will get that instead though.

Also I want a Kougami one to go with her, but I won't hold my breath for that.
