Or Deku could awaken OfA more fully or whatever. Does he have a predecessor quirk he hasn't used yet?

He's used them all now. And since Deku is the perfect final vessel for OFA because he doesn't have a quirk of his own, it wouldn't make sense for him to asspull a quirk out of nowhere.

Then we will learn that Deku has unique quirk that somehow work perfectly with OFA and Deku's quirk manifested at last minute when the villain is about to win because why not?

Don't forget that was his intended ending for the manga before he decided to give it to the second movie, and then admitted he didn't really know what to do and would have to think of something else. I think his answer was O MY SEVEN QUIRKS, but it's not working so well so far.

The complete statement from back then:

He further said he felt the need to allow the director to use that because the first movie featured Deku and All Might fighting together and he wanted the second one to surpass that.

I had more or else forgotten they existed. I actually liked them a lot, but they didn't really leave a mark in this manga the way other antagonists did.

I'm not sure. The mutants have already been pacified through talk no jutsu, and the villains currently fighting the heroes have no real ideals and just want to kill as many as possible. Who else could he rally?

Mostly the League's rank and file. The League did originally appropriated Stain's cause so there have to be some that thought they were on the same side.

The League never had anyone under them until they took over the Paranormal front. And the Paranormal front doesn't care about Stain.

Stain only really brought in Spinner, Toga, and Dabi. Maybe a few others like Compress and the like who showed up around that time, but none of them really care about Stain anymore. The rest of the riffraff are either the ones they had at the beginning when they first appeared at USJ, or as Kanon said the Paranormal Front fodder.

We then focus on UA, where Aizawa sees Mic coming out of Kurogiri's portal. He's soon followed by an army of Twice clones, who immediately go on the attack! The sudden assault forces Monoma to tear his eyes away from ShigAFO for a split second. And on that split second.... disaster strikes. A gigantic explosion rocks the arena, destroying the equipment that lets it stay airborne! As the school is about to fall, ShigAFO asks Deku why he called out his "Shigaraki" side specifically. For another chat at the mall? It's useless talking now. Regardless, Deku notes that his old personality has resurfaced. Meanwhile, Skeptic has hacked into UA's systems and underground bunkers, taking control of them all! Back to Deku, he's starting to get tired from using the gear shift quirk, feeling he won't be able to breathe if he doesn't rest. However, the second user's vestige says that now is not the time to stop! In fact, this is the best time to strike back, now that they know AFO still lacks complete control over Shigaraki! This is the moment where victory or defeat will be decided...!!! Back to Skeptic, he's still hacking and gloating when suddenly, he gets a message on one of his monitors saying they found him.
