Now really, what are the odds that the bullet would richochet directly off Zero's helmet and hit Kallen directly in the forehead. They have have to astronomical.

Nope. That's one of the Picture Dramas. the Clovis Land one. It opened with Euphy and Cornelia trying on bathing suits that Clovis had designed.
Nunnally misunderstands something Milly and Shirley are talking about and Lelouch wasn't paying attention either. Milly says Cornelia is an impressive woman from the 'training' a mature woman can have.
This creates a misunderstanding that Nunnally wishes to be as impressive as Cornelia and asks her brother to train her. He agrees but says he will be hard on her.
