Only problem I have with fanon is when people try to force it on others.

Though I do find it funny that people claim to like a series only to go around and say "It sucks here's how I make it better!"

Nanya's main issue is those "fans" who go out of their way to ruin other aspects of the franchise for others, like rabid shippers and the like. And due to the immense popularity of the NanoFate fanon, that's one of the aspects.

I wouldn't call mentally replacing the show with something that's 100% tailored to your tastes 'constructive criticism.'

All too often fans cross the line between "this is what I like to think happened" and "this is what actually happened!" The most blatant example being "I like to think Nanoha and Fate are lesbians" to "Nanoha and Fate are lesbians!"

Anyways, got my Nyantype issue with the holographic bookmarks. It's surprisingly difficult to get the right angle for the nude shots. At least Fate's ass still looks marvelous in the barrier jacket version.

So, to those of you who like fannon and those 4Komas (Grr)...

I guess you see Fate as a psycho yandere lesbian who wants to KILL people who even get the SLIGHTEST bit close to Nanoha, no matter what?

Hell, even fans of the 4Koma got sick of it after awhile.

Was, awhile ago, watching a fandub of the 4Koma that GonzotheAnimeFan and a friend of his did and the other guy flat out broke the 4th Wall when Fate belted Yuuno at the end of the one StrikerS 4Koma (when Vivio was going to school at the end of StrikerS) and said "come on, Fate, can't you give a 3-some a chance?"

Because, let's be honest, other than Jail's apparent shota-con tendencies, Nanoha's cluelessness, Subaru's uber fangirlness, and Raging Heart's "demon side", the most prominent thing IN those 4Komas is psycho yandere lesbian Fate.

And THAT is why I hate those 4Komas.

If it was a one-time gag, I wouldn't be so bothered by it.

But it is done over and over and OVER again! Driven into our faces like anvils falling from the sky.

It's like a bad Family Guy gag where they used it and it was funny once, but then they use it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, making you hate it when it's used again and again and again so much that you don't even want to see the first joke because it's no longer funny.

Fate has the "jealous aura of doom and death" every time she looks at Subaru in the 4Komas, she belts Yuuno at the end of the StrikerS 4Koma and even threatens to kill him if he talks too long to Nanoha after the events of the hotel in the 4Koma. She doesn't even care about capturing Jail so much in that she's trying to hurry up and get to her "wedding" with Nanoha, even though Nanoha has no idea what Fate means.

The funniest things from the 4Koma is Zest talking about his muscles and Signum's "don't worry, I was holding back" while holding Laevantein.
