Nostalgia attacks can be very random and very dangerous One struck me and I had to write this:

“Ok Forwards, line up!” Nanoha called to her students who currently were making use of the training field. They all stopped their exercising in fell in promptly.

“We have some one very special joining us today.” Fate explained to the young ones. “He’ll be helping us out here at Riot Force 6 from now on.”

“He’s making time in his busy schedule just for us so be sure to show him the proper respect.” Nanoha added before turning to the side and calling for some one. “Lieutenant C.B!”

“Did you say Lieutenant C.B?” Teana gasped.

“THE Lieutenant C.B?!” Subaru’s mouth dropped.

“Is it really him?!” Caro hopped excitedly.

“Him?” Erio gaped.

“You know him?” Fate asked curiously.

“I heard he took down an army of gadget drones single handily!” Teana said.

“I heard he doesn’t use any magic and relies only on his bare hands!” Subaru stated.

“I heard he can tame even the most savage of summons with a single glance!” Caro chirped.

“I heard he was a chicken.” Erio voiced flatly.

“Erio! It’s rude to say that about people!” Fate scolded her ward.

“But Fate-san, he’s a chicken I tell you! A giant chicken!” Erio insisted.

“How can you say that about some one who’s bravely charged into a strong AMF with no backup to take on several combat cyborgs?!” Teana berated.

“No way is he cowardly!” Subaru objected.

“… I’m disappointed in you, Erio-kun.” Caro frowned.

Erio opened his mouth to speak again but Nanoha interrupted him.

“Settle down you four.” She said. “Allow me to introduce you to Lieutenant C.B!” Nanoha gestured to the uniformed clad figure next to her.

“… Just look at that posture…” Teana whispered. “He looks so gallant.”

“Yeah, he looks so strong and capable.” Subaru whispered back.

“… He’s so dreamy!” Caro sighed happily.

Erio tried to speak but glares from the girls caused him to only grumble slightly.

“Ok then Lieutenant,” Nanoha went on. “We’ll have a battle between the two of us just to show my students what you can do.”

C.B said nothing and just looked around as if not caring. As Nanoha looked at him, she felt her face flush.

“And after that, how about I treat you to dinner as thanks?” She said in a hushed tone. “And after that…”

“Nanoha!” Fate gawked. “I was going to invite the Lieutenant to spend the evening with me!”

“Nyaha, first come first served Fate-chan!” Nanoha stuck out her tongue. “Let’s begin, shall we Lieutenant?”

The Lieutenant didn’t make any indication of agreement, yet he moved deeper into the training field anyways. Nanoha followed him with a skip in her step and soon they were in position.

“I don’t think holding back will be necessary,” Nanoha said as she prepared herself. “So let’s go all out, full power!”

C.B just cocked his head to the side and looked at her blankly.

“Here we go! Divine…” Nanoha aimed Raising Heart as pink energy began to gather. “Buster!” The beam shot towards its target, exploding and kicking up dust as it made contact.

It also created a blast of wind, and all those present looked on curiously as said wind was carrying what looked like a tattered Bureau uniform…

They then looked at where Lieutenant C.B was standing and when the dust cleared they saw he was still standing there. He scratched at the ground with his three pronged claws, and ruffled his feathers, causing his comb and wattle to swing back and forth.

“… Buck buck bu-gok!”

“…He’s a chicken!” Fate gasped.

“Lieutenant C.B is a giant chicken!” Teana verified.

“I told you that guy was a chicken!” Erio proclaimed, pointing a finger and the large fowl.

“Bu-gok?”

“… Toy with my heart like that will you?” Nanoha rumbled with rage. “Starlight…”

“Buck buck?”

“BREAKER!!!”

“BU-GOOOOK!” The enormous blast enveloped the poultry before erupting, sending the farm animal high into the sky and away from the base.

He finally landed many miles off, got to his feet, and continued on his way.

You wear a disguise to look like human guys but you’re not a man, you’re a Chicken Boo!

Just curious but...have you guys ever had a time in which you had different ideas for something and had trouble sorting them out?

For me...ever since I mentioned about writing a sequel to my BlazerS fanfic (which I'm still working on), I already realized I was jumping a bit ahead of myself, but I figured I should put down the ideas first before I begin working on it. Here's a small sample of what a bit of my sequel is on:

Even though standing guard at the Central TSA Ground HQ seemed tense and difficult, Shiro managed to maintain his cool while waiting for the conference to start. His partner, on the other hand seemed to have trouble maintaining hers.

‘What’s wrong?’ he asked.

‘I just keep getting the feeling something bad might occur, you know…like a repeat of that incident,’ replied Mizuki.

‘Hey…come on, we didn’t have all those hard years of training go for naught. Remember what Instructor Takamachi told me before when I asked that question regarding history being repeated?’ asked Shiro. ‘The important thing is to be alert of your surroundings. Even though we don’t know what will happen, we just have to do our best.’

‘Yeah…you’re right Shiro. Sorry if I seem to dampen the mood a bit,’ said Mizuki.

‘How much sleep did you get last night?’ asked Shiro.

‘I’m afraid not much. I was up until 10:00 trying to finish up that summary report of the case in Juria,’ replied Mizuki.

‘You mean about those reports of sudden kidnappings by guerilla fighters?’ guessed Shiro. ‘Why didn’t you tell me sooner?’

‘I figured that you were busy with that report regarding the murder of a writer that was mentioned a week ago,’ replied Mizuki.

Shiro heaved a deep sigh and slightly chuckled. ‘Hayate and the others weren’t kidding when they said we have a bit of the personalities of the two Aces within us,’ said Shiro.

‘I guess it’s probably because the way they sometimes act sort of…rubbed off on us,’ answered Mizuki, chuckling.

After reminiscing over past memories for a few minutes, Shiro then noticed a screen pop up in front of him which indicated that the conference was going to be under way in a few moments. However, something in the back of his mind caused the hairs on the back of his head to stand on end and his other half suddenly took over. Mizuki noticed what was going on and asked Shiro what was wrong.

Shiro then put a finger to his lips and using hand signals, pointed to his eyes and then the bushes. Mizuki then looked around carefully but her device didn’t detect any movement. Shiro’s other half was listening carefully for any hint that could let him know that there was an intruder around. What happened next surprised his partner. Shiro then activated his barrier jacket and with Timaeus at the ready in sword form, he drew the sword out of its sheathe and in a lightning quick movement, spun ninety degrees to his left and deflected an incoming shot towards him.

“Where did that come from?” asked Mizuki.

“I don’t know,” said Shiro.

‘Intruder detected within headquarter grounds,’ chirped up Timaeus.

“I don’t know why Ixia didn’t pick anything up on its sensors on my end,” said Mizuki, confused.

“Me neither. What’s even more perplexing is why that round was aimed at me,” said Shiro.

A few seconds later, there were rustling sounds from the bushes near where Shiro was stationed at, causing both of them to turn in the direction of the sound making.

A young man that had dark brown hair that was slightly long at the back, light brown eyes, was sporting shades, and was wearing black attire which consisted of a vest, shirt, pants, and formal shoes was dragging at the collar the suspected shooter that was aiming at Shiro.

“Who are you?” asked Mizuki.

“I’m a colleague of Shiro’s,” he replied. “There’s no need to be alarmed Ms. Tenrow.”

‘That voice…’ thought Shiro. ‘It can’t be…’

“Trowa…what are you doing here?” asked Shiro.

“You know him?” asked Mizuki.

“He’s a colleague as he said. We’re part of a unit by the TSAB called N.E.I.A.D.,” answered Shiro.

“I was notified by Rio about an intercepted transmission by one of our guys and was told about the conference and that you were assigned to escort and guard the place. So…they filled me in on the details as to where it would be, what possible spots would be best for the enemy to infiltrate the grounds and then dispatched me and a few of our other colleagues,” explained Trowa, taking off his shades.

“That doesn’t explain why the guy was targeting me if he just wanted to try and take out security,” said Shiro.

“That wasn’t the point behind the shot. He wasn’t targeting the conference…the truth is…he’s a hired assassin…and you’ve got a bounty on your head,” replied Trowa.

I've never had trouble sorting out ideas, but I have gotten ahead of myself before. Heck, my Vivio/Yuuno series started as an idea for an alternate ending for Three's Company, and Three's Company has been stuck at chapter 1 for almost a year

Also, most times I have myself playing out the climaxes of fics in my head more than stuff leading up to it.

*laughs*. Yeah...that's happened to me in several instances. Sometimes, when I'm asleep, the ideas start playing in my head almost like a scene from a film or something like that, and the next day sometimes I still recall it easily for some reason. LOL.

As I started writing that sample that I posted, I have this sudden urge to read a book called "The Ghost Writer". (There's a line said by my one of my OC's that gives a slight reference to the main part of the book in the sample that I posted).

As for the fanfic that you mentioned...I did come across it but...I haven't had time to read it yet. Either that or I've only heard of the title.

Well, to me it happens all the time. My (weird?) way of writing my stuff is that I have several disconected scenes or snippets already typed down, but don't have the story leading to them, so sometimes the story ends up making weird turns, and I have to make small changes on them or brush aside the whole scene.

I have a habit of deleting them after they are unused, but here's a few that I didn't yet.

Scene: Nanoha waking up in the Claudia.
When: Start of chapter 8

"Where am I?" She asked to the darkness, before moving to try and sit up. "Better yet, who's ship is this?" She rocked her memory, trying to find the reason why she was inside a ship, when she remembered. Her fists curled and she tryed to get up, but as soon as her feet hit the floor, the lights on the room were turned on, and the brightness made her feel dizzy. Her body didn't answer her the way her trained body would, and she fell on her knees, hard.

"Nanoha." The familiar appeared on the door. "Why are you on the floor?" She hurriedly walked to the brunette. "Are you okay? You should be sleeping."

"Arf-san." She looked to the woman shouldering her, and putting her back on the stretcher. "I have to save Vivio. She's under the rubble." Her eyes started to moisten. "I... I killed my own daughter." The tears started to flow from her cheeks.

The familiar, now in her adult form, finished putting the girl back on the stretcher, before fastening the belts around her. "First, don't worry about Vivio. She's okay." Nanoha looked at the familiar buckling her up. "Second, she's in another room with Fate. She's just sleeping. Teana saved her and Aina-san."

The tears didn't stop flowing down. "I want to see her."

Arf looked at the her pleading eyes. "I can't take you there. Fate asked me to guard you and make sure that you didn't do anything stupid, like what you were about to do when I entered." She sighed, then waved her hand to the side, summoning a holoscreen and calling her master. A few moments later, Fate answered. "Fate. Nanoha is awake but she wants to see Vivio."

"Nanoha's awake?" She got a nodded response. "I'm going there. Just give a few-"

"No need." The beast woman cut her master. "She's going back to sleep soon again, right?"

Nanoha wanted to say no, but the weak the way she was she couldn't really tell. Instead she settled for asking for her daughter again. "Vivio?"

"She's sleeping." Fate said, turning the screen enough for the two see the little one snoring. "She doesn't have a scratch so don't worry. Just rest easy, okay?"

"Hmn." Nanoha rested her head against the pillow and turned her head to the side to see her friend. "

Scene: Fate first exchange with Nanoha after she wakes up
When: After she woke up around chapter 8 or 9

"Nanoha, I know you just woke up, but I need you to tell me what happened. Why did you attack Hayate?"

"I did what?" The brunette looked at her friend, shocked, before the memories of the day before came to her mind. "Wait... I did... Why?" She looked helplessly at her friend receiving another helpless look in return. "I-I don't know."

Fate took her friend's hand and stared at her eyes a few moments, analising her features. "Okay." She took a deep breath. "First, let's wait until you recover. In the mean time, try to piece together everything that happened yesterday, okay?"

Scene: Yuuno upon getting to the sieged Riot 6
When: Beginning of chapter 6

Yuuno started to muse. "Let's piece together, one thing at a time. There's several mages trying to create a barrier outside. Check. The Wolkenritter is all together. Check. Shamal is unison with Rein. Check. Hayate is curling up with Vita. Check. Signum is moving away from Nanoha. Check. Riot's six dorms are destroyed. Check. Nanoha's Barrier Jacket is battered and she bloddy all over. Check. Nanoha is about to Starlight Break Hayate and her Knights. Check. Hmm... Okay. Normal day at Riot 6..." He smiled. "Like hell!" Yuuno flew downward in the direction of the brunette trying to get closer, before she could do something stupid. "Nanoha, stop!" He watched in horror as the pink energy began to beam in the direction of the Knights.

Scene: Syaoran meeting with the TSAB
When: Chapter 14. The whole lead up to this was cut off, when I decided to make him lose his memory.

"Now what?" The boy said, hiding behind a tree as small energy balls zoomed past him. He looked at the unconcious trio in front of him. "They were easier to handle. How will I be able to shake those other three."

"This is Seargent Major Kryn." A man voice commanded. "You are under arrest for trespassing a military zone and aggression of TSAB members. Raise your hands and come quietly."

The boy took a peek at them. Two were still aiming their staffs in his direction while the other was talking. He crawled back to the others that were laying on the ground and took a staff from one of them. Syaoran didn't have his sword anymore, so he needed a medium. "This will have to do." He crawled back and got up behind another tree. After a few moments that he took to concentrate he jumped to the side, and called. "Raitei Shourai!" The electrical energy started towards the group.

"Evade it." The one in front comamanded. When the other two were about to call their protection spells. They who quickly dodged the bolts and started firing back.

Syaoran managed hide himself and concentrated again. A few moments and he appears. "Fuuka Shourai!" The winds blast the ground creating a dust cloud.

"What the..."

"The kid is smart." The officer concluded.

"He's using one of ours staffs." One of the men warned his superior.

"Really? Then he as good as captured now. Raise your protection fields and scan the area. He should be trying to surprise us, or trying to flee."

"He's not moving, sir."

"Can you pinpoint his location?"

"Yes. But I think he's still taking cover."

"Pass me the coordinates." After he got what he asked, the man turned to the cloud of dust. "This is the last warning. Surrender peacefully now or suffer the consequences."

"Not a chance." Syaoran dashed through the dust, using the voice to guide himself to the man. "Take this." He appeared out of the cloud using the back of the staff he was holding as a spear. It colided against the protection field from the man.

"Now you're mine." The officer grinned. "Sending retrieve signal."

Immediatly the staff in Syaoran's hand emitted a bright glow and, before he was able to do anything, it sent a eletric discharge. The shock was too great for him and he lost counciousness.

"Bind him" He said signaling for the other two. "This little fella will need to answer some questions."

Scene: Chrono takes a vacation
When: Around chapter 12~13. Decided not to use, so I could start to steer away from the core of the Shadowverse, when RB got too many real life problems to continue beta'ing.

"Everything is ready, Sir." His secretary informed.

"Very well." He took the reports she was prompting in front of him and walked in the briefing room. Every person inside the dim lit room got to their feet and saluted. "At ease." He sat on the chair by the end of the table. After a few moments he looked at every single one of the operatives that was at the table. "I'd like to congratulate every one of you in exceling in your duties in the last year. We'll have a break time starting next week. Those who have other units to report besides this one, will be going to them. You're authorized to do continue with your normal dutied there, or ask for a leave. It's up to you. Those who report only direct to me, will be required to come at least one time a week in the first two weeks. Other than that they too can be considered in leave. The days you come is entirely up to you. Any question?"

"Is the unit being disbanded?" The voice came from a short blackhaired girl at the side of the table.

"No." He said, solemn. "This is exactly what it looks like. A collective vacation. I expect to see you all in four weeks." He waited to see if they had more questions, but since no one mentioned anything. "The papers are already signed and are on your respective desks. Minor details are to be solved before the end of the day." He got up and all the others in the room followed suit, getting up and saluting.

When he was about to leave the room he turned to them again. "Good work, people."

Scene: Reeve talks with his wife after the incident in Dim Barah
When: Around chapter 13. Didn't use because I decided not to use the OC's as plot device.

"I'm sorry, Honey." The redhaired man said, behind the transparent window.
"I just want to know since when."

He sighed and looked down. "Since I lost my job at the security company."

"Then everything you bought to us... Your bussiness travels... All lies?" He didn't said anything. He didn't even dared to look at his wife's face. "I can't believe it."

"I didn't really have a choice..." He tried weakly. "No one would hire me... And the boss..."

"Quit it." She cut off briskly. "I don't want to hear you say anything about that man anymore." She tried to compose herself a little more. "What will I say to Leticia?" She wondered out loud. He still didn't dared to say anything else.

"Time's up." A man appeared at the door, informing that the visiting was over.
She got up to her feet and walked away. He continued to sit there. "I almost forgot." She said before leaving the room. "Leticia wrote you a letter." And stepped out of the room.

He got up on his feet and walked back to the door. A few moments later and he was already inside his cell, with the letter the guards delivered to him after they examined it. Inside, a drawing with the three of them, indicated by small arrows pointing to each of the little hangmans. After reading the text that was in the back of the drawing he put the paper back in the envelope and got up from the bed, going to the small grilled window. He gripped two bars in his hands and after a few moments he headbutted the middle bar. One, two, three times. Feeling the soaring pain finally kick in, he let go of it, and turned his back to the window, sliding till he was sitting on the floor.

"I'm sorry, Leticia." He said, feeling the trail of blood coming down between his eyes.

Granted, these are from past chapters. I still have more here for future chapters, but it's unlikely that I'll use them, since the lead up changed.

Do you guys write this way too?

Well, while I do think up several disconnected scenes, it's only like that in my head. When I actually sit down and write stuff, I do it all in proper order, save for perhaps some lines I thought were good and wanted to get down before I forget them.

Er, hello all. ^^; Newbie here. I'm that weird little fangirl that watches Syaoran but hears Vanitas, and then writes a Tsubasa Chronicles/Kingdom Hearts Fusion Fic because of it.

I need a teeny bit of help, though. Anyone know where I can find more information on Dark Nanoha? I sort of need it for a long-term project of mine.

...why no I have absolutely no intentions to try and pair her up with Vanitas why on earth do you ask...

Dark Nanoha, huh? you mean "Material-S" right?

Her voice is a little deeper than Nanoha's and it could appear down right sexy if used right Uhmm... She's really polite and to the point. She's like Heero from Gundam wing, I'm told. Her mage rank is about S- or so, or possibly AAA+. In the game she is faster than Nanoha, does about 150% more damage than her, and charges her attacks quicker. Her final is a Starlight breaker clone called Lucerion (spelling?) breaker. Her Divine Buster is called "Blast Shoot" as well ( we think that's what she's saying in the game at least. Short hair, livid blue eyes. There are several pics of her on the image thread if you need.

I'm also doing a fic on her here called "MaterialS" :3

That's a dangerous nostalgia attack right there, man. Still left a grin on my face.

Oh, definitely. Generally when I first get an idea, it's a very basic one: it's focused on this character, this plot point, and things happen. As I begin to write and develop things, though, sometimes I realize that I'm getting new ideas for it that aren't exactly what I originally had in mind, and gradually I end up in a new direction.

BtBR is a classic example. In the original story, back when I first started, it was very Nanoha-centric, there was more blatant NanoFate, Elise and Fiasse were just side characters, and Precia was back from the dead. Ironically enough, it wasn't until I started jotting down how the BtBR versions of Elise and Fiasse would be different from their TH counterparts that I got incredibly interested in developing them, and eventually the plot came to revolve around their pasts.

“Waah, it’s been so long!” Caro cheered as she skipped into the amusement park. “I still remember coming here with Fate-san. It was so much fun I didn’t want to leave!”

“I remember you telling me about that.” Erio smiled as he caught up with her. “Well this time it’s just the two of us so lets be sure to have just as much fun.”

“Of course!” Caro replied brightly. The two of them had managed to get the day off from the environmental patrol and they decided to have a date at the amusement park. Caro was up all night preparing for it, chosing the perfect white sundress and appropriate shoes. Erio had the sense to compliment her appearance, so she was in high spirits. She was looking forward to having a fun day.

“We’re fifteen now, so we can go on more of the rides!” She said, excited about being able to ride the roller coasters and whatever else went faster than a merry go round.

“Yeah, that’s true. So where do you want to go first?” Erio asked.

“Hmmm…” Caro glanced around at the immediate vicinity and spotted a roller coaster that didn’t have a line. “Let’s go on that one before it gets crowded!

“Sure.” Erio glanced up at the steel coaster. It was of moderate size and didn’t seem too intense, so it would be a good starter. The pair quickly made their way to the loading area but just when they should have hopped into the car, the operator stopped them.

“I’m sorry Miss but I can’t let you on.” He said.

“Huh?” Caro blinked. “Why not?”

The man simply pointed over to a nearby sign:

You must be this tall to ride.

Caro frowned, sure the man had just made an error in perception. To prove this point, she went over and stood directly in front of the sign. To her dismay, the cartoon mouse’s hand was held above her head.

Accepting this defeat, Caro bowed politely before leaving with Erio right on her heels.

“Don’t worry about it, Caro.” He assured her. “This ride must be special. I’m sure you’ll be able to go on the other ones!”

“Yeah, that must be it.” Caro forced a laugh. “Let’s try the other ones!”

They soon learned that trying is the first step towards failure.

“… I couldn’t go on any of them…” Caro sulked as they sat on a bench. Erio was desperately trying to think of some way of placating her.

“R-Roller coasters are over rated anyways.” He tried. “There are a lot of other attractions we can go on!”

“… Like what?” She asked a tad hopefully.

“Well…” Erio glanced around before spotting something. “There! The haunted house! That should be no problem!”

“Yeah!” Caro hopped up, attempting to subdue her hidden fondness of horror. “Let’s go!” They got in line and everything was going well… That is, until they reached the operator.

“Ok, two to go in.” The kindly looking middle aged woman announced. She then crouched down in front of Caro. “Now dear it can get dark and scary in there so you be sure to stay close to your big brother, you hear? Even though you’re an elementary schooler, you have to be brave ok?”

Caro let her mouth hang open. “I’m not a little kid!” She complained.

“That’s the spirit.” The woman smiled. “Off you go now!”

They entered the haunted house but Caro was too busy fuming to notice her surroundings until the unfortunate man dressed as a mummy jumped out at her. Luckily for him he had plenty of bandages on hand.

“Um…” Erio tried when they exited.

“Wait here Erio-kun.” Caro muttered. “I just need to use the washroom…”

Caro left him there and went to the lavatories where she splashed water on her face.

‘I just wanted to have fun today with Erio-kun…’ She sighed mentally. ‘Why do people have to keep ruining the mood?’ She gave herself a moment to try and put it all behind her, but with limited success. Figuring it was the best it was going to get, Caro exited and looked around, regaining her bearings on where she had left Erio behind.

“Hey there, Miss.” Caro turned to the voice to see a man in a uniform labelled security looking down at her.

“Yes?” She asked curiously.

“Do you need help?” He asked while crouching down to her level. “Are you lost? Where are your mommy and daddy?”

Caro could feel the vein on her forehead, but maintained a polite smile. “Thank you for the concern officer, but I am just fine on my own.”

“I respect that you’re trying to be strong,” He replied kindly. “But I’m here to help you. I can’t leave such a small child on her own.”

At this point Caro found entertaining the thought of summoning Voltaire to level the whole park extremely attractive.

“I’m not…”

“Caro, there you are!” Erio called as he joined her. “You were taking so long.”

“Ah, I see you’re with your brother.” The security guard nodded. “Make sure she doesn’t get away from you again, young man.”

“Uh… sure…” Erio blinked as the man walked away. He looked cautiously at Caro, who was currently doing her best impression of a blow fish. “Look! The house of mirrors! Let’s go there next!” He said, taking her hand and heading for the building. If she was going to make silly faces, he at least wanted her to laugh at them. A good laugh might wash out all the unpleasantness and allow him to see that smile of hers he longed to see.

Seeing their contorted bodies in the warped glass did indeed bring a smile to her face. As they walked through their heads, arms, torsos, legs, and every part of them were expanded, compacted, twisted, stretched out, flipped upside down, and various other forms of distortion.

“Serves you right.” Caro managed to chuckle when Erio stepped in front of a mirror that shrunk him to the size of a small child. Caro herself made an effort to avoid that particular mirror.

“Hm, I think this mirror makes you bigger.” Erio mused as he stood in front of one that made his head reach the ceiling.

“Maybe it’s a mirror that looks into the future?” Caro giggled. “Like you need to get any taller.”

Erio laughed as he moved aside and let Caro stand before it. Unfortunately that proved to be a bad idea. Caro stared dumbly at her reflection in the mirror, which appeared to be no bigger than she presently was.

“… Even the sheet of glass is making fun of me!” Caro moaned. Unable to tolerate being mocked by an inanimate object, she bolted towards the exit.

“Caro!” Erio chased after her again. He found her soon enough standing outside with her shoulders slumped and her head down.

“… I get it already.” She muttered. “I’m short and look like a child. I admit it.”

“Caro…”

“It can’t be helped.” Caro sighed. “No matter what I tried I just won’t grow.”

“You just haven’t hit your spurt yet.” Erio assured her. “Just give it some time.”

“But what about you, Erio-kun?” She peeked up at him with one eye. “You’re not interested in a childish girl like me, are you? I’m sure you’d prefer a taller, beautiful girl like Fate-san, or even Lu-chan. She’d suit you much better than I do.”

Erio let out a sigh before his face reddened, already embarrassed about what he was planning to say.

“Caro, the truth is…” He started. “Yes, to others you may be a little girl, but… As far as I’m concerned… You’re the only woman for me! You’re so cute and I like you just the way you are!”

“Y-You really mean that?” Caro asked in shock, praying that he wasn’t lying.

“Every word.” He nodded, face still red. Caro lowered her head to let it sink in while simultaneously hiding her blush and large smile. Instead she raised a finger and gestured with it. The boy blinked, not exactly certain what she was getting at. After a few moments passed, Caro looked up at him with some annoyance.

“I can’t reach you if you don’t bend down!” She huffed.

“Oh, like this?” Erio asked as he leaned over. When he was low enough, Caro surprised him by putting her hands behind his head, pulling him down further, and planting a kiss on his lips. She held him like that for several beats before releasing him.

“Thank you.” She whispered.

“N-No problem.” They stood in silence after that until some one approached them.

“Hey, you!” A different security guard approached them this time. When he reached them he grabbed Erio roughly by the arm. “I saw that! I’m taking you in.”

“Huh? For what?” Erio asked, utterly baffled.

“Don’t give me that!” The guard glared. “You, an adult, were doing inappropriate things with this minor!” He gestured to Caro, who promptly sighed.

“So…” She glanced at Erio. “Do you want to explain or should I?”

Hmmmm, any chance of you doing a series of Erio drabbles like you did for Vice? Hell, I might want to give writing the adventures of the Erio gland a try... even though I pretty much know the bare minimum stuff about MGLN.

Hm, probably not a very good one The reason Vice got that treatment is because he's my favourite male character and I wanted to write about him (while also making up for the lack of Teana/Vice out there), but the ideas I had weren't enough to make a full fic, so I turned them into drabbles.

Erio's ok, but not really high on my list I do make sure to include him in stuff (my one Vice drabble was about him bonding with Erio) but when it comes to him being the main focus, I got nothing.

Heck, the story I just posted stemmed from a desire to write Caro and use her height as a plot point

I actually wanted to do some Caro/Erio when I saw the shortness thing in Vividly. They make such a cute couple. I should continue that little short I did back in the day about Caro and Erio at the wildlife reserve.... hmmmmmm... You inspired me :3

Dark Nanoha, huh? you mean "Material-S" right?

Her voice is a little deeper than Nanoha's and it could appear down right sexy if used right Uhmm... She's really polite and to the point. She's like Heero from Gundam wing, I'm told. Her mage rank is about S- or so, or possibly AAA+. In the game she is faster than Nanoha, does about 150% more damage than her, and charges her attacks quicker. Her final is a Starlight breaker clone called Lucerion (spelling?) breaker. Her Divine Buster is called "Blast Shoot" as well ( we think that's what she's saying in the game at least. Short hair, livid blue eyes. There are several pics of her on the image thread if you need.
