The Bully Girl is probably turn around and fall for him(grudgingly). BUT nothing in this Tale has gone as I expected. I was looking for payback early in the series-I can see nothing is going to be quick or easy.

No, the person in the flashback isn't Kaoruko, but Terumi's old elementary school teacher. Practically every attractive woman in this manga looks identical to one another; it's the author's drawing style. Hell, in several scenes of the manga, Kaoruko herself did up her hair to look like Semi and Yuu at one point, both times to tease or inform Terumi.

Tsukiko observes a couple going into a love hotel and overhears them saying if two hours are going to be enough. She automatically imagines all the "naughty" things a couple can do in under two hours and this makes her nervous. For the sake of her stories, she feels that she needs to visit a love hotel but could never work up the nerve. Terumi and Tsukiko then muse to themselves (without Tsukiko unaware that Terumi knows) how Tsukiko once asked Asahi to accompany her but she flat out refused since it's "dirty", Hana couldn't come on account of being too busy, and asking her little sister Nagiko is out of the question. Kaoruko refused as well but offered Terumi to go with instead.

Seeing Tsukiko suffer, Terumi then gets an idea and tells Tsukiko to wait in the cafe for thirty minutes while he accomplishes an "errand". (This is the same cafe that he once tried to invite Yuu too but was refused since she thought that he was trying to take her into a love hotel. Both cafe and hotel are right next to each other ) As time passes, Tsukiko is trying to work up the nerve, unable to finish her or even taste her latte. She then gets a text from Terumi to meet him inside one of the rooms.

As she enters the hotel, her resolve made up, she sees Terumi cross dressed as a maid character. She asks if that really is Terumi and he answers affirmatively. She then thinks how Terumi looks "wonderful".

So I guess over the next couple of chapters, we may get some foreplay, leading to sex with a "trap". Interesting development. I wonder if Tsukiko will eventually grow comfortable enough with Terumi that she tells him to take off the disguise.

Also, who dressed Terumi in the span of 30 minutes? Who does he have on speed dial to help him with these kind of things?

It's been a while but here are some brief summaries over the last 10 or so chapters till now (Gonna combine some since most of these chapters are build up):

Kaoruko wants Terumi to continue helping Tsukiko get over her fear of men. For this reason, take her to a love hotel. Terumi is freaked out over this but because he respects Tsukiko as a friend and person, he will not force her into a perverted situation if she does not feel up to it. Kaoruko leans in close...then praises him for his maturity. She has complete faith that Terumi will do something about "capturing" Tsukiko's heart. On their way to the hotel, Tsukiko is nervous and sweating profusely. To ease her worries, Terumi brings up the fact that her name "Oboro Tsukiko" just so happens to match one of the characters in the Genji tale: Oborozukiyo. This calms her down and as she starts delving into the character, the taxi arrives at the hotel... (This just so happens to be the final chapter of the newly release Volume 13)

On their way to the hotel, Tsukiko notices a couple entering one and she muses to herself how she's about to enter a place where a man and woman get intimate with one another. As nervousness threatens to take away her resolve, Terumi is struck with inspiration and tells her to wait in the cafe. (This happens to be the same cafe that he once offered to take Yuu to at first before being shot down ) Tsukiko manages to calm herself somewhat and steels herself, entering the hotel to join Terumi in the room. She finds herself surprised as Terumi greets her...in full crossdressing maid uniform. She is ecstatic and finally manages to relax, touched that Terumi would go so far to ease her worries. As she whips out her camera and starts to explore the room for "research", Terumi himself becomes nervous, due to the fact that he's in a love hotel and the room is filled with sex videos/instruction techniques, a rotatable bed and condoms. He also can't help but notice Tsukiko's illustrious body...

Tsukiko notes that she got enough pictures and notes about a love hotel room but becomes a bit nervous about the actual sex that is suppose to take place. She wonders how they can proceed next while, without realizing, she's getting closer and closer to Terumi. When Terumi points this out, she freaks out a bit and backs off, musing to herself that she forgot for a moment that Terumi is a guy, though the maid uniform helped disguise this fact well. As both start pondering what to do next, giving each other side glances now and then, Tsukiko suddenly bursts out laughing, noting how silly the situation they find themselves in is. She then asks if Terumi would like to relax. As all this takes place, Rokujou is outside the hotel, noting that it's going to be destroyed in a couple of months but praises "her" Terumi's kindness in taking Tsukiko to the place before it goes. (Woman is still stalking Terumi wherever he goes, it seems.) To pass the time, Tsukiko and Terumi start playing video games, with Tsukiko unknowingly taking off a layer of clothing to "focus" better. Terumi notes that at this point, Tsukiko has completely relaxed in his presence, even touching him at times to help him in his gameplay, without any sign of recoil. As time passes, Terumi notes its almost time for them to checkout when suddenly Tsukiko protests that she doesn't want to leave just yet...

Tsukiko wants to actually delve into Terumi's past and notes that Terumi is not as nervous around women compared to when they first met. She surmises if its due to getting intimate with Kaoruko? Terumi vehemently denies this but when Tsukiko brings up Hanada and Hana, Terumi grows silent. She even brings up Aoi, with Terumi's continuing silence confirming her suspicions (even noting to herself that the time she met Aoi, her intuition was correct) She then asks what Terumi's relationship with Asahi is, with Terumi giving a firm "no comment". Tsukiko is insanely curious after that and ends up tickling Terumi to at least give her something. Terumi relents and reveals that he went as far as hugging her intimately from behind. Tsukiko expresses interest and asks if Terumi can "recreate" that with her right now. As she presents her back to him, Tsukiko's neck is exposed and Terumi remembers the sensation of admiring her body that night. Only this time, Tsukiko is not reprimanding him for it, even noting out loud that she doesn't mind it this time. Terumi then hugs her and both blush furiously from the act. After a while, Tsukiko asks Terumi to let her go, since she's a bit sweaty but Terumi doesn't let go, noting she smells good...

As Tsukiko tries to get Terumi to let her go, Terumi's boner unknowingly brushes against Tsukiko's butt. Both are surprised by this but Tsukiko doesn't fight him off and even starts to pull Terumi's arms closer to her. Terumi wonders if Tsukiko is finally getting over her fear and starts to kiss her neck and arm slowly and erotically. Tsukiko then starts to moan with pleasure. Terumi then starts to lick her erotically, with Tsukiko noting how good his tongue feels. She then thinks to herself that she is experiencing something that Asahi has never been through and wonders if this is a betrayal of her friend, before silently berating herself for such thoughts. Terumi then asks if she wants this to stop, before Tsukiko mentions that if its just "kissing" then it's fine, even licking his hand in response. Terumi then proceed to lick her neck, then her arms, then her back, then her legs. As the pleasure starts to overwhelm her, she pushes Terumi down and initiates a kiss for the first time, giving Terumi a full kiss on the lips of her own free will. As this happens, she apologizes to Asahi mentally, noting that only Terumi can make her feel this way.

Tsukiko then suddenly comes to her senses and notes that she needs to take a bath due to how hot she feels. As she gets closer to the bath tub, she doesn't notice that Terumi has followed her in. She implores for Terumi to leave the room and let her shower in peace but Terumi thinks to himself that if he leaves this as is, Tsukiko's heart will only close itself off again. Becoming bold and throwing caution to the wind, Terumi then asks if kissing is the only thing she wants to experience at the hotel. As Tsukiko asks Terumi to wait, Terumi gently guides her to the floor and starts exposing her breasts, telling her that he no intention of stopping. Tsukiko is struck dumb by his boldness. Terumi then starts to lick her nipples with Tsukiko moaning from the act. Eventually, Tsukiko then asks if he wants to do it? Terumi takes that as consent and goes further by pulling down Tsukiko's panties, proceeding to give her cunnilingus. Soon, Tsukiko presents her ass to Terumi, begging him to continue. Terumi puts on a condom and the chapter ends with Terumi finally penetrating her...

I find it hilarious that the closing caption on Chapter 301 notes that it's been 72 chapters since Terumi has finally had sex with another target, since Chapter 229 was the last chapter Terumi slept with anyone. (Gennai being the last target) Tsukiko is even noted as the 8th girl that Terumi slept with, which is true: Aoi (1st), Hanada (2nd), Rokujou (3rd), Semi (4th), Yuu (5th) Hana (6th) and Gennai (7th).

Next chapter is the literal climax of the Tsukiko saga. How will Tsukiko and Terumi interact with one another afterwards? Will they be able to remain friends? How will Tsukiko behave around Asahi? What will Asahi say if she ever finds out what occurred between her best friend and cousin? Will the 12th target be introduced shortly?

The opening color page of Chapter 300, which features every one of the targets so far. They all look so lovely in their swimsuits (except for Tsukiko, who decided to come in her gothic clothing and umbrella [isn't she suffocating in that?] and Shian, who is more cute than hot). Love how Yuu and Ruri are looking like they found their long lost twin. Gennai and Aoi, remaining mature and classy. Lol but I like Tsukasa though. She's one of the main reasons I read this manga since I'm interested in how Terumi is finally going to conquer her arrogant ass. Plus it helps that everytime she interacts with Terumi, she's slowly starting to fall for the guy. Why else would she continue to let Terumi feel her up? She misses his touch. Chapter 285 - 289 were proof of that.

Nice catch with Kaoruko's swimsuit. Didn't really pay attention to that, though it's kind of hard with her "assets" jutting in one's face

Besides Kaoruko herself (unless she states otherwise down the road) I think Tsukasa is our other non-target heroine. She's featured enough in flashbacks, chapters and even getting her own volume cover.

Kaoruko even mentions way back in Chapter 92 that Tsukasa is not part of the 14 and is listed as "average" girl (ironically the type of girl that Tsukasa hates, since she wants to be special)

Tsukiko was a nice fakeout from the author; while she wasn't the third target, Kaoruko never said anything about Tsukiko NOT being a target in the future. Hopefully when the experiment is over, Terumi can then focus his efforts on finally "conquering" Tsukasa. That or go after Kaoruko, whatever works.
