I re-watched the end of this episode and it seems Lyle is working with the Anti A-Law group Kataron. Now the motive of Setsuna contracting Neil's brother makes more sense besides just being the twin of Lockon Stratos.

Looks like Celestial being is finally going to get some allies that are not back stabbing Observers like Alejandro or Wang Liu Mei.

Well, at least Stellar was one of the better characters to come out of Destiny... but 00 has been subverting Gundam tropes all along. Already I felt more intensity from Louise's panic attack than from any of Stellar's killing sprees. And maybe the eye thing will put her on equal footing with Nena in their inevitable confrontation.

Don't think Kataron's going to be of much help, especially considering that CB doesn't really want anyone fighting. >_>

Actually in all likelyhood, they're just going to end up to be an excuse for a midseason battles, just like the trieze faction back in Wing.

The ED-OP is clearly combining the sense of reminiscence of S1's interventions (( complete with new animation )) alongside the new beginning with the new look/Gundams/etc.

Looking at it again, yes it does appear that the Nadleeh is included among the things that have been lost.

Actually, quite a bit seems to be saying that what is lost cannot come back.

Need I state that Ribbons probably doesn't give a shit about Louise? The only reason he popped in was to go "Ohohoho, Gundam Exia". Not exactly sound tactical advice.

Lousie didn't have any reason to be agitiated as far as I can tell. She mostly stayed away from any of the fighting. Didn't have a close brush with death. She's simply screwed up in the head.

And you know what happened to everyone else in Gundam who was screwed up in the head? They died. About the only one I can remember who lived was...Victory's final antagonist, name escapes me, and even then, she was rendered blind.

Well, they have numbers at least... (though they lost quite a few this episode).

Whether they'd be reliable partners for CB I've no idea.

At the moment, they just look like "arrow fodder". However, if a head of state like Marina publicly joined them, it could change things drasticly - CB doesn't exactly have any spots open for newcomers, but Kataron could welcome all those who don't like the current world. With A-Laws acting as they do, I think they'll be quite a few with grudges against the current world government.

Well the world government isn't the issue. It's A-Laws which are pretty much Ribbon's personal armed force that's the main enemy.

If it's anything like Zeta where you got the Titans and the Federation.

BTW is was it just me or the way Saji's friend got gunned down weird?

I hope with Louise they end the cycle of screwed up drugged girls. Hopefully she gets saved by Saji. I would really like them to be together in the end. So is it safe to say that Louise is now a cyborg. Since she has a new arm (probly cybernetic) and has implants. I really hope they explain what happened to Louise during the four year gap.
