After all a child needs both its parents as much as possible while they're young... a really important factor in child dev... But judging from the cover of 8 the kid sure age fast... Last edited by NeutralZero; 2013-05-05 at 04:45. |

I am pretty sure that Maou and Emi probably got misunderstood with a lot of people when Alas=Ramus is with them. Any defense for them to deny that misunderstood relationship would fall apart and the misunderstood relationship will be cemented. Though I am pretty sure that is a good thing, a lot of comical sequences there. Can't wait when this Light Novel gets translated.

Though it wasn't my intent to distinguish a difference - I just think it would be best economically if they were all living together under one roof, regardless of who does the moving. |

Well Emi already gotten more appliances, more room, and of course she would rather die than move in with Maou (so its a compromise). She has more things than Maou thus if she moves in with Maou, she must rebuy or move her things I mentioned above, wasting time and effort, not to mentioned less room, and of course money to move her things in (I cannot imagine her doing any sort of heavy lifting, well there is Maou so she could probably force him).

Each side got pros and cons, Emi's place provide strong economic solutions while Maou's place provides better security. I think the decision lies onto Emi more than Maou, pretty much Maou adapted to his bad life style so moving wouldn't cause him much trouble, well there is the house husband but I think he has no say in the matter.

Just finished episode 5. I have neither read the manga nor the novel, but I believe anime skip some expositions so guess it would be appropreate to ask them here.
1. Lucifer: did he and Orba really speak Japanese? When did they learn it? 2. Chiho: So she was able to understand Ente Isla language? I though it only works when you're communicating through sonar. 3. Are there any more details regarding the church's activities in the novel? 4. So from the looks of it, Emi was asked by her alies to go back with them, but she declined. Did she gave any explanation as to why she chooses to stay on earth? |

1. Lucifer and Orba have been in Japan the same time as Emi and Maou, so they learned it throughout time.(Orba went in game same time as Emi, but met up with Lucifer during the episodes, this can be inferred correctly if you rewatch episodes) 2.Chiho learned the language from Maou mindcontrolling/hypnotizing her father, it somehow transferred to her and she suddenly learned the language. (Explained in the anime) 3. All we know so far from the episodes is that the church went crazy and started killing the hero's companions, I believe they wanted to rule all of Ente Isle without the hero leading it. (corruption) 4. I feel like the anime shows more serious/tsun side than dere side than they do in the manga. Emi normally blushed a lot during the manga, It can be inferred that she still wants to observe Maou, but eventually will start to harbor romantic feelings for him, as seen in the spoilers above, she got all red/embarrassed and attacked Maou when he asked her to be his general. |

Yes and No. Chiho understood Emeralda and Albert because she was under the influence of "Idea Link", which is a form of Ente Isla's telepathy with an added function to share thoughts/concept, thus bypassing the need of knowing the language. It was not Maou's doing, merely his speculation.
