How is this even a question for so many people? Did you guys never had this in Biology (or in whatever class they teach human anatomy), or (if you're old enough) even seen enough dirty pictures of women to know this?

In the translation I saw she said "four mouths", not simply "four holes". So I thought of the labia because of the mouth-related nomenclature (labia means lips). Also honestly I was thinking about stuff related to sex in some way, and urethra...? I don't think that's used for sex in any case (ok, maybe some weirdo does it, it's a big world, but I can't envision that as being anything but painful).

Of course maybe it's a pun on mouth/hole that got lost in translation. This series seems to rely so much on verbal humour that I'm afraid for a lot of it it may be impossible to carry all the meaning.
