After watching this video, see this parody two friends and I came up with:
Spoiler for Scientology, NSFW language:
LoL... wow. I am in awe at his ability to believe so fully in something that seems to have no substance. "So Mr. Cruise, what's this scientology thing all about?" "Well, you see... I just get -it- you know? I know all about it...and everything. And it's really great and all. People look to me to fix things, and that's just what I do. I can't help it." *maniacal laugh*
Truly creepy.

If it is clean water, not much will happen, 220/110V + clean water = danger overrated (especially if the pool is not grounded - and I doubt someone grounds a plastic pool).

edit:

@NSW,

I've been measuring 250kOhm in clean drinking water (distance 10mm). So based on the idea one was grounded:

R=U/I => I=U/R ... I = 240V (lets take high Euro) / 250,000 = 0.96 mA (~1mA) for a distance of 10mm

At 10mm one would have to withstand a power of 0.23W (typically 50mA is needed at least to kill)

Fortunately plastic is a wonderful insulator, but when you get out of the pool you'll have one foot in the water and the other on the ground. That is the moment of danger.

May what you are implying possibly be that they are already shocked to whatever-that-happened?

Yup. It is quite possible that the pool is already charged. Then when they get out of the water the electricity will discharge into the ground through their bodies.

Like Kentaro, the electrician: "You are already shocked."

The easiest way to embed youtube videos is like this:

[ YouTube ] <insert letters/numbers after "=" here> [ / YouTube ] (minus the spaces)

In your case, it would be this text: 2eMkth8FWno

So the final outcome would be: [ YouTube ] 2eMkth8FWno [ / YouTube ]

Again, minus the spaces, you get this:

Yay for .html coding!

Edit: Note: Make sure what you are inputting is the PERMANENT LINK. If it's not, it won't work.

C'mon its max. 240V and clean water is a bad condensator, so if anything RCD (aka GFCI in the USA/CAN) will react and the power is cut.

edit:

though just a general remark here, that does not mean you try it out, since once the water is not clean anymore, it could be deadly. (or if you still use stone-age old equipement that does not feature RCD/GFCI)
