Panda Z

Anime-in-Action and A-Classic are releasing Panda Z. The producers are MegaHouse and Kids Station. Episodes are exactly five minutes.

I'm in a good mood now. Pandas are great.

I was really looking forward to this show and I am glad someone decided to sub it. Thanks!

That aside, I am a bit disappointed from what I saw. I expected the episodes to be longer, the animation was very minimal, and I expected some awesome Panda voice acting. ^_^ Besides my few gripes, I still enjoyed the show quite a bit and I'm sure I will stick with it to the end.

This almost reminds me of a really elementary level gradeschool anime. One that grade schoolers would love. I just couldn't get into it and deleted it after the first 5 minutes.

I'm very happy to see that Panda Z is being fansubed. I too am a little disappointed that there aren't voices. I wanted to hear stuff like panda beam! Not a big deal though. Oh, and any song by Jam Project is usually awesome.

I thought this anime was really. The panda was sooooooo cute. The show was like the very first movies that had no sound so they had to show what the person said on a seperate slide. It's very unique.

I enjoyed the lack of dialouge and minimal sound effects. It was rather fun.

Unless they're really graphic or indicative of actual nudity, I don't see anything wrong with things shooting out of some robot's chest... I mean... are the kids really going to get a sexual connotation out of it?

Hm.... I don't see the problem with it, if you saw Mazinger-Z before..... then you probably know what I'm talking about.
After all.... Panda-Z was based on Mazinger-Z, except it's alot cuter.

That is something from Mazinger Z. A lot of people don't seem to realize this show is a Mazinger Z parody.

Loved every cute minute of this, so refreshing to have something mindless... Does Japan have much of this type of anime? I haven't seen stuff that I could equate to "Tom and Jerry" or "Looney Tunes." Sometimes I don't want to read, I just wnat to throw something on and half-watch while I surf my dail sites etc. this fills that gap. cute, creative, interesting, non-invasive.

"the main girl" did ask about the boob shot thing, I just told her kids in america were too sheltered and this wasnt a big deal over there. Naturally I wasn't speaking from any experience whatsoever but it sounded good...was I far off, and will she bust me on it when she looks it up online at work tomorrow?

Not enough to this for me. It didn't do anything in the 5 minutes it had. I usually enjoy short-episode series but I will skip the rest of this.
