Going by the conversation (ignoring your posts) and literally everything that the manga has shown (at least to the point where we are in the translated version) Ragi-nee most probably forced the MC to fuck her due to getting tired of the status quo between them.

What would be the point of her having sex with someone else and enjoying it only to return to wanting to be with the MC who keeps trying to keep her in the sister zone? It makes zero sense for her character as it has been shown so far.

Also, the fireman you are talking about is not 1) as weak as to let himself get pushed down by a monster much less be reverse raped by a high schooler and 2) is not the kind of guy that would meddle with someone elses love life (he kept his friend safe so that he could be with his family after being told to take care of them in his stead).

Now I admit, this is all just my assumption and I could be entirely wrong, but the manga has not shown itself to be the kind of manga you seem to think it is.
