is there a feature on the site that lets you keep track of the anime you've watched, and possibly have it displayed on your profile?

There isn't, but you can insert a url in the "Currently Watching" option in your profile to your MAL or whatever like I've done.

Thanks! I made an album of the anime I've watched, so I guess that works too
