Stumbled on this funny manga a couple hours ago. Couldn't find a thread about it so made one(if there's already one feel free to delete this).

General: Touka Scott is an average run of the mill villager. Passing the days lusting after his childhood friend Yuna Yaris, tending his carrot garden and hoping that his quiet boring life continues uninterrupted. Well that's about to change when a monster trap he dug to protect his carrots kills his kingdoms hero. What will happen to Scott? Will he rise to the occasion becoming the hero his country needs? Or becoming the hero they deserve?

You guys should definitely give a chance, the humor is great and the artwork is nice. Here's the link to the english translation.

I know this is a gag manga, but when the "main heroine" easily fell for ikemen, it annoyed me. It's like the girl is there just for decoration, serving no purpose to the story except to seduce men and beat up MC. MC is also scum

It was fun up to ch 2, from what i have seen of raw it does not seem that it gets better.

That is fun. I wonder how funny the enemies are. Perhaps they will get lucky the enemy decided to leave them alone to avoid catching their tendencies.

the background character only serve as humor purpose so there's there's no need to think about them too much. also the mc is not a scum. rather than scum i would just call him an idiot...

He abuses his appearance as a hero and cheats people out of their money, idiot doesn't quite cover that.

This is one of those series that taking it seriously is a massive mistake because if you take it seriously you will hate it (something i've often been guilty of unnecessarily)
