The cloud effect is pretty simple. Either find a brush (if you're using photoshop) or take stock photos of clouds and... well, here I'll give you the tutorial I used.

And also, I have the full version of that image and I might be able to make you a signature with it if you tell me a bit more of what you want.

Hi you guys. I know nothing about .gif-images, and I have no idea how to edit them. I would be eternally grateful if someone could crop+resize(?) this gif into a 100x140 avatar? Hehe, I don't even know if that's possible. I am teh gif-n00b. ^_^
