tbh I'm anticipating a new pure danmaku game. I haven't been beaten enough by lolis with nice hair ornaments enough recently.

Woudn't STB2 fill that in perfectly? I mean, the original STB was hard enough as it is and it's stated that this one's even harder.

Depends, she has normal ears in SWR. That aside, are we sure those are pointy ears, and not normal ears with a strand of hair covering them?

Actually I think it's a good time for another STB style game.

The first one was was 9.5, with 3 normal windows games released before it (scarlet devil, cherry blossom, imperishable night).
There have now been another 3 games released: Mountain of Faith, Subterrenea Animism, and UFO, so it's time for another STB!

That gives plenty of new characters to fill up another 10 stages of hellishly difficult versions of their danmaku.

Personally I think the art of the danmaku is one of my favorite parts of the games, so I'll be looking forward to... um... downloading replays of people better than me

P.S. looking carefully at that screenshot, it looks like the final picture is labeled "double spoiler"... maybe for each bullet pattern there's a final, super hard photo you can shoot that's not required to beat the level, kind of like a last word... Probably need to collect them to unlock things like the extra stage. Or it could just be part of the background...

It's spelled Camie actually. Judging from the name, Sakuya is supposed to be Akuma, but the style and appearance look nothing like him...

Fun fact: Akuma's Japanese name is Gouki.
