I think Silver crow is level 5 or maybe level 6 already?

from the elements. The sure one that came back is Utai and Fuuko. Karen shows up in vol 13 or is it 12? (not sure) to help Haru on his battle. but not sure if she is entirely back in the team. Graphite Edge is still no news.

How many level 9s that are not kings exist in the AW?

None. Level 9 automatically makes you count as a King.

Mmm the title King is actually given by the players to anybody who manages to reach level 9. As of now, no known player who is capable of reaching level 9 exists, with the exception of Graphite Edge, who decided against it due to the sudden death rule.

Almost any LVL 8 have enought points to hit Lv 9, no one does it cause of the problems being a later lv 9 has.

when they said Graphite had the potential to be a king, is cause all 7 kings reached lvl 9 almost at the same time. among em, graphite had already enough points to do it to but decided to wait a little bit till get enough back up points, sadly that little was when then other lv 8 went to lvl 9 and became kings, and then realized the Sudden Death Rule

Yes, Aluminum Valkyrie appeared in the Metal Color Chart so its considered canon. Here's the link courtesy of Izaak from tvtropes. Chinese though.

It has never been said exactly who have enough points, or how many do you need, but but what has already been said is the reason why no other lvl 8 has gonne to lvl 9
