My 2nd attempt sliced the sig this time to keep good quality and changed the text and cropped the top a little and the sides thanx to some suggestions

My advice is, if you have the possibility available, never use imageready or ps for animating, and instead create on ps, and transfer to Flash, cause flash is so much more flexible for animations, and it's alot easier to not get that choppy animation~ I can't be bothered to get flash or elsewise I'd do some =D PS is too much of a pain, more or less used for extremely detailed and short animation if at all =) And on a side note~ I though in the rules the entire signature can't simply be a crop with text on it? Huh Endrance? =o xP Nice tho, i'm just being critical~

I liked the old text better. The yellow outerglow doesn't quite match and feels out of place.

In the spirit of originality, "crop" sigs are frowned upon, but not discouraged; however, the contest organizer can call upon all contestants to show the source of their entry(ies) at any time.

^ from the rules. We don't encourage crop signatures but there's at least one or two a month. The biggest thing is that the signature maker show some effort, while I think Endrance could tweak the actual image a little more his animation shows effort.

EDIT: About animation - it's up to the persons skill. I've seen some pretty slick animations done using Photoshop and Imageready. Either way a moot point, since we can't use Flash here anyway. ^^

The sig itself isnt a crop sig...Kholdstare suggested i crop the top and sides of my original sig because it took up to much space heres the original image i just hated that background

Keep going with yours Endurance. I really like it even though I sorta disagree with Khold's opinion on it.

The current version with the animation on the top left looks better. It was less visable on the bottom right side.

I haven't found a good stock to use so none for me

I like it. I was never really good on text, but I'll echo others in saying that you might want a whiter glow to blend in more with the sunlight. The increase in quality is very noticeable.

Lmfao, I have that render too sitting somewhere on my computer.. Good job on erasing the Saber on the side (eitherside). As for fixes, try to do something about the negative space. The sig itself is pretty empty. Although I love the blending you did on Dark saber. ;D
