It would be even better if you used a smaller brush for the outlines, though.

i noticed it also....
after i finished the outlines...
as i was lazy trying to do it again i just went and finished it...
my first ones has thicker outlines...
i seem to having troubles with shading some parts and also the eyes...
got any suggestions???

Episode 4 icons, yippee. There's only 83 icons this time, but I figure it's enough to keep people busy until the next batch. I think I'm getting pickier with the icons too... Oh, right. Win users or people who set their icons really small probably won't notice, but three of the icons were done with semi-transparent borders. Good or bad? I was wondering if I should do fewer solid border icons and more semi-transparent icons...

Edit: I can't get over Tsukasa's scaredy frowny face. I find myself wandering over here just to look at it. XD

Thanks for all these icons, Rissa! You wouldn't happen to still have the first set from episode one though, would you? The you-send-it link seems to have expired.

(probably not that difficult, just render with aalib. Stuff like that was more impressive when it had to be typed by hand)

Hmmm, Solwyvern posted a pic in his thread back at the fan art section; It shows a step by step guide on how you could go about making the eyes in a vector; You might be interested in checking that.

I dont exactly follow the order in that method, but the end result is the same either way.

No they do not. Spoiler tags hide images. They don't shrink them.
