Heavy Object Episode 13
After the new year break we're finally back with a new OP/ED! We continue the chase of the MDC into the Amazon rainforest where they're putting up a last stand. Things get complicated fast as they always do, and our heroes have to fight off an army... Of killer ants. We get more characters as well like a fighter pilot. Lots of Anime Military talk, can rival with GATE. P.S - Honeysuckle, Honeysuckle, Honeysuckle...

New OP song yes!
The action was surprisingly good, a highlight of this episode. The OP song hints more characters so expecting to see them for the remainder half of this season. The amount of military focus was actually interesting. The Elite Princess' jealousy is quite obvious ha

the ants made my skin crawl.
lol at the princes asking about qwenthur groping froylatia. that tension is so thick you can cut it with a knife. the the middle screen cap with her thinking about wanting boobs was even funnier i just love the inter political espionage going on. kill a mad scientist before he defects to a foreign rival? it's like a storyline from ghost recon back in the day. a great episode to kick off the second cour

Yeah, the wave of ants are super-creepy... thanks God Quenthur and Havia managed to deal with it. Though in real life this wave of ants is FAR less dangerous (if you don't jump in it of course!) - the speed of army ants when they move in column just 100-300 meters per hour. Even a walking soldier would have little problems avoiding them

Augh....it....i dont know why but the INdex/Railgun OP & ED never have male singer. Dont get me wrong I love the The female singer including Mami Kawada and the other singer, but when i see OP 1 & 2 of Heavy Object it give me the energy and hype to get up and & get pshyce for the episode and music itself. I just wish if AND A BIG IF, if their was a season 3 of index ever, please can we see an OP with a male singer, want to see how that like >.<

Great new OP. Our heroes have the rest of the MDC cornered in Amazon City, but they'll have to kill the enemy leader and defeat the survivors soon, as they have asked for help from the Information Alliance.
Frolaytia confirmed that not only Halreed has backed off, her drop in "desirability" as a noble wife has made others quit, but now she's a rumored slut who slept with her subordinate. If she tries to deny the rumor, some of those nobles might come back. Poor Frolaytia, but at least those rumors are better than Halreed and the other's attentions. The big enemy in this episode was not an Object, but a swarm of ants! It's fun how our protagonists switched out from facing a 50 meters giant ball of death filled with guns in one episode to facing insects in the next one. I would have been fine without the images of the MDC's soldiers that were bitten by the ants, though, those were creepy. |

new opening is not as good as the first one in my opinion
Those ants are definitely a funny part... It is not a funny thing if Havia and Qwenthur who could fight Object, died in swarm of ants Please make the hell happened in the Amazon.. I wanted to see a real showdown between more than 2 Objects the best part for me is : "what to do... it didn't seem like she want to deny it" Blushing Frolaytia still here!! |

Heavy Object is back. I like the new OP.
That army of ants was creepy. That just goes to show that Objects and other humans aren't the only dangerous things that the duo will encounter. Now that they have dealt with the ants it's a race against time to kill the enemy leader before this escalates to a four way conflict. Despite all that, the most tense moment in this episode was probably when the princess asked if the rumors about groping Frolaytia were true.

On the new OP the boys are going to get a squad of their own? Also Maids!
Looks like Frolaytia can't get married anymore! Catching also Qwenty having porn. I'm guessing Melinda is taking out her frustration on Havia and Frolaytia. Qwenty is dense and has forgotten the getting her to wear cream. |

Heavy Object is back!
I liked the first OP more, but this one is good too and shows some new characters. So they are still in pursuit of the MDC, and if they won't finish quickly it'll become quite a mess. Angry Princess is angry. Nobody could withstand that stare. I'm glad that the show is using ways to get Qwenthur and Havia involved that aren't just a super hax Object that Princess can't beat. Finding and killing a specific guy is something that infantry can do even in the age of Objects. Goddamn ants, why is there always so many of them? The end of episode got pretty tense, I was expecting something to happen to Baby Magnum just before Princess could shoot the gun. Good start for the second part of the series. |

I kinda like the new OP better but they're both about the same level, both music wise and visual wise. Would probably give it a few more listen to see if it's still the same.
I should pay attention to their band ALL OFF.

how did a sci-fi war show suddenly became a B-movie monster flick starring Antman's minions?
its amazing Havia still manages to make jokes in a life & death situation, lol at Qwenthur groping his ass along with his face making it, that huge turret thing on the square-ish platform isn't an Object right? along with that rail gun revealing itself? |

And the big one at the end was a spare main railgun that the Break Carrier uses.
