The animation in the PV looks really nice. Definitely doing a good job of depicting the female lead as a real beauty, and teasing her "true" self at the end .

I despise the source material with passion, so I'm more curious about how come that among Juliet, DomeKano, 5toubun and this one, 5toubun ended up with the budget anime from Weekly Shounen Magazine, when even before the adaptation, it was received as far as I know the best and sold the best among the four? And this one gets Dr. Stone's studio, not freaking Tezuka Productions.
Also, they sure as hell like to rely on all-star seiyuu cast, hoping that at least because of them, people would get interested. Well, in this case, I won't blame them that they don't trust the source's strengths. |
