I didn't say they have to act lovey dovey all the time but Animes these days are partial to girls who tends to hit guys at the slightest offense. Then there's the lolis. I can't quite grasp their fascination with girls with small stature. I mean they are cute and all but I wouldn't consider them in a romantic light unless they are legal mature and curvy lolis.

The only reason they delay this so much is because the next development will be controversial
And with this type of manga, there is only one thing that matters, the winning girl
If it's just Aki, they can just continue with the dating and such, but they didn't and instead went sidestories, so...

I think that it is more anime related. Maybe they really don´t want to end manga at the same time as anime ends, so they postponed it a bit. But we will see, when I look back on all chapters, it can end only with Aki ending or open ending. But lets see.

The fact is, you cannot accept that Yoshino lost and she wasn't even in the race for the Masamune bowl, remember how you were proved wrong the last time?

Stop denying what the manga itself is telling to everyone and stop trying to push your delusions as facts because you're creating misunderstandings here. Having delays on the ending of any manga by using a chapter where they're picking swimsuit doesn't mean anything, is just something common, or are you going to say Kuzu no honkai delay in the ending it as a hidden meaning? or the way how Boku Girl was delayed before the ending has a meaning and other girl would win?

The thing here is simple, Neko and Yoshino have zero chances, Aki already won despite being a shitty girl and that's it. Deal with it.

Despite not following the Manga (yet, waiting for the Anime to end), what I've seen from the Anime seems to hint Main Heroine Ending.
And the Manga, apparently, doesn't seem to be detracting from that point.

At the end of the day, it's best to keep fantasies on a corner unless they are being purposefully made fact, especially in fictional stories.

Kinda wish anime can be as unpredictable as western shows though... Just look at Harry Potter.
